The person at the register took my my children’s food never returned my son. His ticket told him to his face. Someone must’ve took your ticket and took your food and then turned around and asked him for his receipt. They were arrested, never in their lives. Have they ever been arrested because my son got angry because his money was stolen from him and he never got his food and then arrested because the cashier never gave him his food and took his money and claimed someone else took it. I am so appalled to the point where I can’t wait for someone from the corporation cause I already have a case going please reach out to me Ashiya Campbell I’ll be waiting for your response

If you are not an uber eats order then don’t order from here. They prioritize uber eats order because they get paid more. Waited 30 minutes never got my order and missed my train. Terrible just cancel in store orders if you are not going to do them in a timely manner.

Suck. Workers are very nasty. Don’t like to help. Don’t listen to you when you speak with them. They all speak Spanish and it’s always dirty tables bathroom floors everything filthy.
Ever since they have remodeled their service has been terrible. I do a mobile order and still have to wait 30 minutes to get my order even when its not busy. And on 2 different occasions ive had my order cancelled with no explanation 15-20 minutes after purchasing the order through the app. And sadly its the only McDonald in the area that is walking distance and even then its a bit of a walk.

Today 11/5/2024 at 6:45pm spanish male Supervisor with glasses on who refused to provide his name, was very rude when I needed assistance with using the kiosk using the cash and his response was YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO READ I am a college graduate and Orthopedic surgeon assistant....I CAN DEFINITELY READ!!
He was extremly rude to his customers and should NOT have the priviledge to work directly with customers
