The people that work there are quite nice and if they already know u, ur food will be on point. Just check ur food before leaving Mcds to make sure it's what u requested and that is edible. Cause sometimes the buisquit/muffin be hard as brick or burnt.

Worst service ever worst location to place a pickup order from they don't acknowledge you horrible experience every-time they just stay in the back and do not come to the front at all the setup blocks the view just horrible all around

They always give you an order with missing items. You have to double check everytime. The workers including the manager is super lazy and slow and if you are missing anything they won’t refund you and advise you to do a bank dispute. Ridiculous! The only good thing is the space being remodeled and looks nice but they suck.

Honestly, those two girls who work the night shift are completely irresponsible and incompetent. I don't know if they're there to work or sleep. At 3 a.m., I stayed there for 25 minutes and they didn't come to me or answer my calls.

Every single time I come to this place they always take long with my food. I don’t know what’s wrong with the management. It’s literally called fast food. One time I came here i literally waited an hour and 30 minutes for my food and ended up leaving.

This location needs a serious change in management and team. Noone is at the register and all you hear is screaming and cursing from the back. Its one thing to have fun at work, but they dont treat this like work, it like a playground with adult kids. I was very tempted to record them because this is nonsense.

Who ever was working between 5-8pm on 10-06-25 and sent my uber guy with an upside down soda lid that spilled all over my food and no fries. And no straws. I would say put the “fries in the bag” but apparently you can’t even do that

If only zero stars was an option for such slow service, worker attitude and terrible delivery service as well. I check my DoorDash just to find out that I've been ordering from this same store which explains the countless instances of missing items/straws with my order and not getting reimbursed for it. Filled with lazy people who know they get paid by the hour

Horrible set up! No space to wait for food. Workings don’t know English and make the food like they do not care. They won’t even call when your foods done. You have to stop one of the workers and expect a attitude to come with it.

Only if there were an option for Zero stars. Whoever runs this McDonalds has no care for their customers, and lack proper management skills to run an establishment responsible for feeding so many people in this neighborhood. I order using the McDonald’s App and I arrived about 7 minutes after. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be completed, and when it finally came they did not have my full order, and I did not receive what I was charged for. Items advertised on the App are often not available in store, and orders are not being fulfilled. Not only do I feel robbed I feel like I was spit in my face. The customer service is horrible as they ignore customers after they place an order. Because of the stores floor plan the employees are able to disappear (hide) and ignore customers who are inquiring about things they already paid for or are considering. I did not receive a receipt (list detailing my purchase) or any code to leave a review which is usually placed on the bag of mobile orders. And I am highly upset after finally reaching home. I realized my order is still not completed.
