The worst McDonald's I ever been to I can't believe I told the lady to give me two different orders I told her I want the whole meal with the franchise and the soda she went and did everything separated gave me small soda small french fries and charge me extra I noticed that when I left the place I will never go back

They curse at customers in Spanish they don't wear gloves they serve cold fresh fries and they don't wash there hands after the bathroom they won't let you buy food if they don't have change and they don't let you pay with credit cards. Also it takes more than 20 minutes to get your food.

I placed my order on my McDonalds mobile app like always and going thru the drive thru I founded parking right next to the restaurant and I quickly parked there because I live 2 blocks next to mcdonalds. So i decided to walk and pick up my order that I have already been charge for. When I walked to the window the manager is holding my order in his hands and as soon as he seen me he put the order behind a machine and came up to me and said that he cant give me the order because I have no car. And I explained that I literally just parked and even paid for the order. And he said is not his problem that is policy and with no manners he closed the window at my face and I had to knock again and ask him to at least give me a cancel receipt and he said I will receive my money back when ever I get it and repeated a few times that is not his problem. I asked him can I please see the manager and he said I am the manager. So I asked him what is his name and he said he cannot give his name out like that. So after asking a few times he finally said my name is Bryant and closed the window at my face again. I was very respectful and down to earth the whole time. But this guy has a nasty attitude over food that was already paid.

Kind of dirty behind counter but the ppl were nice also they need security a lot of loud mouth single mothers that don’t train their kids how to behave in public.

I went there with my son and my step sister to go eat and they got my order wrong then the manager had a nasty attitude with my stepsister like if ya don’t like ya job then go somewhere else also i have told them about a guy sitting there doing nothing and they didn’t do a damn thing to me to go upstairs what if there was a person with wheelchair when there people that have to sit and feed their children ??
