Today 1-2 hours ago I went into this McDonald's to use the bathroom... since other locations in NYC have a free bathroom, I thought this one would too (it doesn't matter if I had to consume something but I tried to see if the bathroom was free anyway) , a security comes up to me and tells me "you have to have a bill to use the bathroom." I immediately respond, decently, "ok, I'm going to buy a bottle of water." my and I know He makes me wait next to the cashier for me to ask for my order. Eventually, I head towards the bathroom and this individual continues following me and I, already seeing the attitude he was carrying, tell him that I can open the bathroom door to which he responds "well, don't use it because I'm the one." I open it.” I point out that he told me that I only needed the receipt WITH the code to enter the bathroom.. and he comes and goes. In order not to make the story longer, he didn't want to open the bathroom door for me until he finally did and he told me "don't be so stinky."
My question is, are these the kind of people who work providing service at McDonalds? I simply wanted to use a bathroom and still consumed like a normal customer. I never disrespected this man but I DID feel uncomfortable as he took it personally with me following me and sticking to me... I understand that drug addicts and impertinent people may go to that branch to bother but they have to handle themselves better.

At Kinsbrigde and Jerome Bronx they always give you incomplete orders and it is money that you lose because I don't return and this is already tiring.

There was hair found in my food and I’m pregnant. They obviously don’t I force hair nets or check their food before handing it off to customers. Something needs to be don’t before the wrong thing starts to take place. They don’t need to be open if the service is not satisfactory to the customers who pay their hard earned money to get trash service!

Do not eat here I got 4 for $5 bag with the chicken sandwich so it was $6. I ate that food appropriately 30 minutes later I was throwing up with diarrhea. I wouldn't let my dog eat here.
The manager is poorly spoken, the night manager speaks very badly to the clients

Man, what happened to this place? About 2 weeks ago, they were closed for renovations and when they open back up, it's smaller and horrible now. Before there was plenty of space when you would pick up your order and now it's just one small window and I can clearly tell that when school starts again in a couple of weeks, this will be REALLY bad. I will definitely try to avoid this place here during school hours. The only good thing they did was take out the soda machine because of the homeless drug addicts constantly coming in with cups and filling it up with drinks. I won't come here as much as I used to.

I had to wait an excessively long time for my food at the drive thru. There was no one in the drive thru and they employee took my order and it took him over 10 minutes to have my order ready.
