Ordered through drive-thru and the lady taking our order was extremely rude. Once I got my food home and started eating, I realized the burger was cold in the middle. IT WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! I tried to call back to talk to a manager, but no one answers the phone.

There is an old guy who is always upset every time he has to do overnight as manager. I work early, and every time I pick up my food after ordering, he's always in a bad mood. Today I ordered and had already been waiting too long. I asked for a refund, and he told me he couldn't do that. That I had to do it through the app. The only thing the app said was that if I wanted a refund, I had to contact the restaurant directly. So who do I believe? He's Hispanic, just like me. And every time I speak to him in Spanish, he always responds in English. I don't understand what he's doing working in a place where you always have to talk to customers and help them. Not the opposite. The restaurant is 24hrs open but by 5 a.m. with him they're always closed. I have had to pick up my order with different managers and they are always very nice. I'll try to talk to another manager again in the afternoon. Because guess what? The app doesn't let me issue a refund, and the old man didn't want to do it at the restaurant. So I'm losing my money.

To many homeless people hanging around. The food actually made me sick to my stomach. It's only one person behind the cashier.
Update 10/02/25 Still the same. But they seriously need someone who knows how to read. I asked for a extra crispy filet, And it was never put in my sandwich. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich, I still get them on my sandwich. They need better training.

I’ve ordered at this location a few times and each time something is missing. This morning Sep 8 2025, I ordered a Sausage McMuffin buy and get one free, and Apple pie buy and get one free. I never received the 2 Apple pies and straws and napkins are never included. I left a voicemail message regarding this. The delivery person was excellent and those sent normally are. I’m giving a score of 2 for the continuous missing items and not a one because the delivery is very good.

The security guard has the only key to the bathroom and he's always in the bathroom talking on his phone. The whatever they are behind the counter are consistently rude and don't care about their smart-ass attitude.
