Rude , my meal was just sitting there for 20 minutes no one called it out then a worker turned around so I wouldn’t see her lips and asked the worker who is suppose to be serving were is her order, and she said something else but I didn’t hear.

This place is slow bad food and always dirty employees don’t want to work and are rude I ordered a double cheeseburger meal on the kiosk took a half hour to get the the order wrong when I tried to get help an employee said I’m off the clock

don't ever order Uber eats from here they never get your order right.. also when u receive your order it's always an item missing the last 2 orders was missing items!! the workers do more gossiping then working!! that's the problem!!

This is the last time I purchase here. They dont have plastic bags for your food to go ,these paper bags won't help you not even to go around the corner to your house. If you purchase there make sure you take your bag with you ,there bags won't help.

This location used to be semi-decent over 10+ years ago. Now, it’s becoming a gradual dump. Managers, let alone the workers, are unprofessional even for fast-food standards. Little to none customer service. Reoccurring instance of cooks' forgetting items every order as well. Very unsanitary place - floor is almost always dirty when I visit alongside foul odors emanating from the waiting lobby. Food quality isn’t any better, only choose this place due to location convenience. Even if it's fast-food, or the Bronx, we have to do better. Take your money to another McDonald's. This one requires new owners or to be shut down at this point. Will not spend money at this location anymore.

I was there on Friday Sept 5th, 2025. I stopped by during my lunch break from work and I was very hungry cause I didn’t get a chance to eat earlier in the day. I ordered small fries and a snack wrap. There was a homeless man in there begging people for their food and money. The homeless man went up to me and asked for my snack wrap at first I said no and then he gave me an attitude and said, oh come on man I’m hungry so I just gave him the snack wrap and left. I will never return to this location ever again. My first and my last time there.

The workers here gave everyone their order before me even after I ordered first . My McDonald’s shouldn’t have taken 20 minute’s for me to get . I didn’t care cause I still got it . Until I looked inside the bag there was no ketchup no straw no napkin. The soda machines had to be unlocked by the workers & the Dr Pepper was not Dr Pepper but rather seltzer . I guess they forgot to refill the Dr Pepper flavoring but that ruined my McDonald’s experience. And then as I was about to eat my bacon double quarter pounder I realized there was no bacon😐even though I paid for that specifically and it was on the receipt . They fixed my order upon my request but that was so inconvenient and not pleasing to go through . These ppl need better management and possibly training . WORST MCDONALDS EVER. Other costumers were also complaint constantly ignoring people asking for their orders I’ve seen people wait longer than 20 minutes lucky I only waited about 20 which is still terrible

Customer Service Is horrible, Absolutely No Customer Engagement , the fact I paid almost $10 dollars for my food is not The Problem, they tried to make me pay for 1 Sweet N Sour sauce after my meal already came with nuggets like come on that ridiculous I get if I asked for like 10 then ok but trying to make me pay for just 1 is completely insane I would highly recommend restructuring and reorganization is needed at this location

From Managers to employees need proper customer service training. Half the time they are dismissive, rude, ignore, and have an attitude. Always have to check the bag because most of the time the order us incomplete, overcooked, and disorganized. A lot homelessness in the restaurant wanting to disturb panhandling

Food is always cold and the manager has a real attitude problem. Very unprofessional, some not all of the staff was more respectful, patient and professional than her. Not one staff member can barely speak English. Have them learn or hire part English staff. My opinion, but otherwise I won't be going back ever!
