Of all the Mac Donalds that I have visited, this has been the worst, my visit was on a Sunday morning and the employees were talking to each other and were not working making the orders take a long time to come out, I ordered a breakfast and they forgot to put everything like cutlery, napkins and sauces. In conclusion I will not return to this place again.

I bought 2 $6 meal how they gave me my 2 double cheeseburger and 2 fries and 2 sodas but never gave me the 2 chicken nuggets poor work they need to pay more attention to the customers instead of talking to much and when I went to call them they don’t answer they phone unprofessional

After waiting 27 minutes for my pancake orders, I asked and they had to go to the order screen to retrieve said order, because they mark them as served without being served. You talk to the employees and they keep their backs to the customers, chewing gum as if they are doing anything else but working. Finally, they give you a bad time, as if you were begging for alms, without utensils, napkins, toppings and without an apology, even if it is to comply.
I'm not one to give reviews, but with such bad service, it's necessary. The worst manager. Today November 17, 2024 10am

I told about this mcdonald's place I found that the service & the staff were nice & courteous with a good manner, however, I saw peoples sleeping on the counter, & the table & bringing food from other places, & rolling drug in plain sight, taking space from paying customers, I understand that the workers could only do but so much & afraid for themselves, please take care of this situation or I will go to a higher person or lose the this location.
