I have to say this McDonald’s has been with me, and I’m also metaphorically live with me through most of my stages of my life The staff is really efficient and forgiving as well as efficient during the busy hours. I wish them only the best and the food is McDonald’s standards.

All seriousness since hiring new staff members this McDonalds has been operating very very slowly . Drive thru is slow takes forever now people literally drive pass the line after waiting a few mins . I’ve never waited this long in drive thru before it’s ridiculous what happened to fast service. I’m about to start going to another Mc Donald’s near by cuz this is insane I’ve been waiting about 5 mins at the intercom and another 10 min on line just to get my food .

Tonight at 9:22pm, I entered the store located at 2010 Bartow Avenue in the Bronx, NY, 10475 to purchase 20 chicken nuggets using a $5 deal, and large order of fries. The Latino male clerk wearing glasses scanned my phone for this purchase phase. I asked him to scan the barcode for reward points and he did. That action increased the price of the order from $10.00 to $13.50 and voided my “deal” discount for the McNuggets. The manager, a fair skin Black woman with a heavy Jamaican accent, came over and said, “You scanned for points so you lose the deal for the McNuggets. Now you have to wait 12 minutes. Now you know for next time.” She walked away shaking her head with an attitude and left the front area completely. She didn’t offer any resolution. As a manger, she had the power and codes to fix this issue and she didn’t. Instead she came over like a bully. Also, she knew what was going on and didn’t tell the clerk to stop because when she came over she already knew I asked for a scan for rewards which voided the “deal” for the McNuggets. This is unacceptable. I left the establishment without my order.

Awful service and flies all over the counter menu. It's definitely not a place to eat as u can only imagine how's the pre area is. This place needs a total renovation it's falling apart. The staff could be more welcoming it's more like there's a sour atmosphere just like the restaurant.
