The store is often crowded, but I always get my food quickly, and my order is always accurate. The workers are friendly and always greet me when I walk in. Far above my expectations for a fast food chain.

The worst is McDonald's management control I never expected . The worst in 54 years, I seem. Specifically, Spanish management gives the worst customer experience for anyone to enjoy. Nothing personal. Is just no care.

Menu was broken. The things you could see didn't have a price. Cashier couldn't understand me well I guess. Had to repeat my order a few times. Didn't give me napkins or utensils. Orange juice was watery. They did give me a new one thou. Payed almost $16 for the same breakfast I pay in PR for $9.
