Keepin it real out here in the Bronx I only get to visit the place 1 time. Used the kiosk to order and accidentally selected dine in (I usually choose takeout even if i'm dining in). They brought the meal to me with the proper tray and overall pretty pleasant experience. It wasn't hectic as some Mcdoanlds can get. The crowd is mix but overall very under control

When my food was ready , he took it from the other worker, opened the window turned briefly and handed me the food. There was no communication being had or customer service. Did not understand me when I placed my order. After they finally understood me I received my order it was missing 2 small fries and it seems like the hamburger rolls were purposely drenched with ketchup and grease.
