They are very rude. They only care about taking care of the Uber drivers and not the paying customers. They don’t even give you an explanation on the delay. Very unprofessional

Ordered on the phone. Waited for 10 min, then they repeatedly jerked me around for another 15 minutes before telling me the order hadn't been paid for and I should just cancel and reorder, despite me repeatedly showing proof of purchase and payment.

When you go here, temper your expectations to avoid disappointment. Poor quality service to go with the low quality atmosphere. They can't even put a fish sandwich together properly. It's as if they can't be bothered to even try. And I can't just push the pieces into proper place because the 1/2 slice of cheese has the fish filet stuck to the bun.

Great for coffee in the morning. Order for delivery was good fries cold, I dont live far from there so the food shouldn't be cold. 2nd time here and I did a delivery once again used the app and they never put sauce in my bag and I asked for 2 sweet and sour sauce and got nothing with my 10 piece nuggets. They were cold but the burger and shake was fine.

Keepin it real out here in the Bronx I only get to visit the place 1 time. Used the kiosk to order and accidentally selected dine in (I usually choose takeout even if i'm dining in). They brought the meal to me with the proper tray and overall pretty pleasant experience. It wasn't hectic as some Mcdoanlds can get. The crowd is mix but overall very under control
