McDonald's

I’ve had great experiences at this McDonald’s in The Bronx and really appreciate the service provided by the staff. They are friendly, efficient, and make sure orders are handled quickly and correctly. The restaurant is clean and well organized, which makes each visit pleasant. I especially appreciate the Big Mac, which has always been my favorite burger and is consistently fresh and delicious here. It’s comforting to know I can rely on this location for good food and dependable service. This McDonald’s does a great job maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, and I would definitely recommend it.

Notoriously slow and somewhat busy most of the time. Lots of delivery orders so lots of delivery workers. McDonald’s in general has been hit hard during the current food delivery era. We, the counter-dwelling, walk-in customers, are the true victims.

Waited 15mins for my food. Until the person who I’m assuming is the manager said why are we still waiting on. Mind you Ubers drivers got there order and other customers cuz they called out their numbers but for some reason mine wasn’t called. My order was sitting on the side for freaking 15mins. Idk why cuz It was ready, they just handed me the bag. And didn’t apologize. There was like 8 employees standing around. I was pissed but didn’t say anything. But thank you though for the very slow service and burned fries. I love burned fries _!_

I came with a receipt after doing the survey. Guy at the drive through window tells me I can only get 2 double cheese burgers. I tell him no the receipt clearly says its buy 1 get 1 free of equal or less value. He tells me he needs to talk to his boss. Comes back and tells me I can not get a quarter pounder and a Big Mac. I can only get 2 Big Macs quater pounders are not part of the promotion. I asked him to show me where it says that.he can not. Today is Tuesday Nov 11th 2025 at 5:41pm. I can not remember the supervisor name it was not a common name that I have heard b4 tho. That said this lie

So I got my pancake for my daughter. I don’t know who took a bite out of my Child’s pancake. The food was okay as it should be The milkshake machine was spilling everywhere, but you managed to get it in the small cup. Thank you.

I just got my food and they gave me chicken nuggets like this. Which is weird and nasty!!!

Didnt give me my full order went back to get it they didnt wana give it to me i trusted them and not checking my order i was tired i am 8 month pregnant when i argue with them to give it to me they gave it to me and on purpose they added extra extra salt on the fries in purpose and smush my snack wrap my lawyers would be contacting the owners
