Always cold! I have to ask to stick my food in the microwave to try and enjoy it! I'm an MTA worker and go there on my last trip to use the bathroom and grab a snack, and it's almost never satisfying. The only thing good there is the McFLURRY! THE FILL YOUR FRIES HALFWAY AND COLD SANDWICHES!!!! THE BREAD FEELS LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT THE FRIDGE, TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT.

Discusting staff addatude.So I placed my order at kiosk and paid at register .I requested my order cook to order and Sauce on the side as I usually do ant any location,Seem like staff annoyed and told me they couldn't.Then try to add charge just because I requested the sauce taste come with my sandwich on the side Asked for water and was ignored had to ask again.Food was cold frys were nasty and hard I asked nicely for fresh frys and girl said annoyed oh my god and rolled her eyes.never again $20 order and horrible service.

One of the employees was very rude and wanted to charge me for a slice of lemon for my ice tea. McDonald’s has never changed me for it. I asked how much it was for the slice of lemon and she said she would charge it as if it was salt. Not returning to this location because she ignored me afterwards and didn’t even provide ketchup, etc. Poor customer service.

DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This food gave me food poisoning! I had a temperature of 100.2 F and I was having uncontrollable diarrhea for over 48 hours (Pepto-Bismol did not work). This is the first time this has happened to me when ordering McDonald's. I will never eat or order from this location again!
My food came without my smoothie.. and my order was messed up... I tried calling them... they never pick up . This s so frustrating and annoying... very very poor way to treat customers....

Absolutely awful. I found an employees shit in my French fries, AND IM NOT JOKING! It was staining the fries and was absolutely disgusting. In addition, the service was extremely bad and I noticed cockroaches and Beatles in the corners of the bathroom. AWFUL AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
