By far one of the worst McDonalds to go to.. workers are alway busy talking to each other rather than actually work.. food takes about 30-40 mins for them to give it to you.. only time you see any form of organization or actual work ethics is when the big bosses are visiting the site and god forbid you order thru uber for them, not only will your food be cold and nasty, anything extra you pay for will not be in your order.

Is a small location and parking is hard to find. Also, when we visited they had mopped the floor with a dirty mop and unfortunately there was a bad smell. We wanted frozen coke but had to settle for frozen cherry. Definitely can work on doing better.

How is it possible that as a customer I ask to be allowed to use the bathroom for customers and they tell me that they don't have the key? Two things that bother me are the way the woman who delivers my order says it and that they have a service and don't have the key. I suggest more empathy, I wasn't asking for a favor but to use a service that McDonald's has and for which I paid. You managers and customers be the judge.
McDonalds is past it's prime. Once, it was a place to grab a cheap and quick meal. A place where children could have fun while eating a happy meal. Now, McDonalds is not worth the money, the time, or the effort. No more smiling faces. No more Ronald McDonald. No more dollar menu. No more playgrounds. Truthfully, I'm not even sure the food is real anymore.

Bad customer service. I order medium fries but my portion was definitely a small put into a medium box.. I had a tiny piece of cheeese on my fish sandwich., my drink was flat as well
