The worst mcd in the Bronx. I went there at 10:40PM with my family. Upon entering, the lady in the counter started shouting “you can’t place anymore orders, we are closed”. The way she said it felt like she’s throwing us out of the store. I told her I have mobile order placed and she seemed to be pissed hearing that. She started preparing my drink so quickly that felt like she has a rush to go home. The nuggets she gave were not freshly made and smelled like oil. Didn’t even let us use the restroom. Never going back again.

I ordered three cheeseburgers and a medium sweet tea. When I got home, I discovered I only had one cheeseburger and sweet tea container was only 5/8 full. I got cheated out of two cheeseburgers, but paid for three.

The ladies in here are always polite and friendly. I get my orders pretty fast as well and it's normally clean in there. Appreciated and also the security guard is always nice and makes folks feel safe.

Disappointingly, my latest experience was subpar. My delivery order, which consisted of a bacon quarter pounder meal large, did not match the item I received. Instead, it appeared to be a Big Mac, containing three buns and a burnt patty, with no fries included. The meal was not edible. It is disconcerting to think that the individual who prepared this meal thought it was suitable for serving. This location has provided the worst McDonald's experience I have encountered. I advise potential customers to take the reviews seriously and avoid ordering from this location.

Restaurant is dirty , especially the seating area in the corners it's ALOT of built up dirt ! Disgusting. I also see alot of high school age kids hanging out there during the day cutting school and smoking infront. This mc Donald's is not regulated appropriately! Smh

This place is a hang out for teenagers afterschool. Not a good place to be at fights break out and no where to sit because they're in there taking up space and just hanging out. Cops are stationed outside doing nothing just on their phones. No respect

By far one of the worst McDonalds to go to.. workers are alway busy talking to each other rather than actually work.. food takes about 30-40 mins for them to give it to you.. only time you see any form of organization or actual work ethics is when the big bosses are visiting the site and god forbid you order thru uber for them, not only will your food be cold and nasty, anything extra you pay for will not be in your order.
