Terrible experience - asked to speak to a manager. Manager avoided to talk to me. I asked for he’s name. He’s talking to another employee in Spanish about me and decided to the employee give me. Fake name: he’s name was Jose Reyes. I understand Spanish. Heard everything he said. Will be escalating this incident to corporate.
