I visit with my family and they turn off the wifi for paying customers but allow homeless and drug addicts to sleep inside and beg for money and hang out in the bathroom also the front of house is always dirty.

Horrible no one speaks English they want to pick and choose who they want to take orders they machines don’t work n will have 15 waiting for the one or two tht work . You try to ask a question they act like they don’t understand.. you have to get loud with them before they even want to help you or get the order correct .. then when you speake up for your self they will not call your order . Manger was there and wasn’t saying nothing on how the safe was treating the customers they holding up orders thts just sitting there .. and I have photos to show crazy part no telling what they did to the food . They need a new staff as well as an manger .. pick and choose then I had to say something with my order on the back n they keep passing it .. to turn around and didn’t even take the write order and now I’m leaving they taking people orders and mc donolds remember this day !!! Because if my kids get sick call suing because everyone knows how horrible this mc Donald

Irma was extremely understanding and showed patience while I was confused on the pricing, she also accommodated my child when he wanted a different color Slushie. Outstanding employee/service in my opinion, also they were short staffed. Despite all the orders she was juggling she still managed to dish out the orders and help me and my son. Hats off to that hard working woman Irma!!! Thank you!!!

Atmosphere is eerily quiet. The Food here takes a long time but is also usually incorrect when you want more unpopular servings. I ordered 2 Oreo Apple Pies and a strawberry shake and instead of telling me they were both out of stock, they gave me 2 OLD Apple Pies (they were extremely hard, basically uneatable) and the Strawberry Shake was a Mango Shake (they chould've at least made a Strawberry Banana shake...) inconsiderate McDonalds. It seems like the Hiring Manager only hires attractive Spanish girls and doesn't hire for efficacy, very gross.

It is a typical McDonald's restaurant in the area. Its original design and colors are the first McDonald's in the region.
The store is just for looks and nothing more, if you're looking to get an order, don't let their supervisor serve you as he cares very little on actually serving you editable food. Every other day I would order my usual 2 lrge fries and go to work. But whenever he makes it he never cooks them fully, and never actually salts them either. He is so inconsistent and inattentive that another employee had already given me my ice tea, and he comes out with one too not realizing I was already given one. The fries are under cooked and are cold.

The manager for TODAY am is the worst ....I came in for coffee n breakfast n asked after purchase to use restroom b4 to wash hands and was hollered at by the female manager name Victoria that the bathroom is not working ..that venom was unnecessary to address to a customer asking a civilized question .... McDonald's need to remove staff member such as her..does the company no good ..Won't be visiting this neighbor Mickey D no more

The tables where you eat to dine in are ALWAYS unclean whenever I come here which is infrequent so that says a lot. Most of the employees are non English speaking so it makes it difficult to place an order if you’re not using the kiosk. Of all the employees about 2 of them (FEMALE) are polite/cordial. It has potential to be a better atmosphere if they weren’t constantly understaffed, would actually get your order right and if they kept up with the cleanliness and didn’t allow soliciting in the store. But I mean hey it is a fast food restaurant.
