Everytime I come here it’s always pleasant. I’ve never in all my years had any problems with my service or my orders. They’re always smiling and friendly. This one of the ONLY two McDonald’s in the Bronx I ever go to. Shoutout to the morning team especially the manager. She wears a red Mcd sweater & a smile proudly ! Didn’t wanna post her face without permission!!

No for me and my family. Ever since they renovated it became extra disappointed and duscusting place to eat. Me and all my kids and family we all said all at ounce lets het out of here and thats what we did. We went home and I cooked 33 different greek italian dishes out of this world. My kids said McDonald's stinks lol

I went to the McDonalds located at 3660 East Tremont and I want to really say that the Manager or supervisor. I think she said her name was (Tina) is very nice and Friendly. On the late night shift. Compared to the other ones I have dealt with before. I live close to this location and frequently get food from here for my kids. Thank You Tina and your staff for helping me with my food.

The BEST McDonald’s location! Staffs were so nice & friendly ! JOANNE if i’m not wrong is her name , She’s awesome!! She even treated homeless customer respectful! Didn’t look down on him !
Also another guy that gave my pickup order also nice, but i don’t know his name , and the other guy with the white T-shirt that i believe is their manager also nice! Everybody at this location awesome !!!
Never ever i see McDonald’s staffs nice and friendly, and also fast service! yes other location have nice staff but might be only 1, but not in here! I can see they all nice & friendly and they focus on the orders, no talking to each other!
Even when my 1st time came to this location to pick up my mobile order. As usually when we place a mobile order, we have to be closer to the store than they just prepares the order. Once I clicked “I’m here” the moment i stepped inside to the store , one of the female worker approached me and asked me if i have a mobile order? Then i said yes, then she pointed to the counter, and i was so surprised! My order is ready! My daughter asked “ is that ours? How come so fast ? “

They remodeled to be more in and out but I went in the mid week mid day and online ordered and had no issue with fulfillment. Staff was nice and cleaning the facilities and bathroom was decent and many sorts of people came in and outZ good for a struggle meal but yeah still hurt my stomach later on

I’ve had issues here and there but it’s getting ridiculous! Ish is wayyy too expensive to be forgetting people’s food esp. when you’re already acting stingy with a lil more sauce. Today I PAID for a medium fries (with others items) guess who got home without their medium fries. Right. Always ALWAYS check your bag cus the one day you don’t they’ll play themselves for sure.

I went there 2 times & I had ordered the quarter pounder meal & the patty was overcooked & didn't look fresh & the whole meal was cold. The second time I went I ordered the filet fish & it was overcooked & it looked like it was sitting out awhile because everything was not even hot. This use to be a good McDonald's before the new construction & now it seems like they don't care about how their preparing the food.

We went through the drive thru. I ordered the spicy EGG McMuffin and got the spicy SAUSAGE McMuffin. No time to go back. It was good, but not what I ordered.
I came to this location today and lm super happy with the service that l received,Joanne the lady that took my order was amazing,friendly,helpful always with an smile,energetic l love her personality, she is excellent..the restaurant is super clean,very fast service,very good food and smoothies.lm definitely recommend this Mcdonal’s,lm coming back!!

They hired a new employee who very rude and disrespectful. I the location and spoke to the manager covering the evening shift. He didn't seem bother by what the employee said, basically supporting her behavior. He asked me what he could do for me to make me feel better. Which was not the point. The issue is your employee was rude and disrespectful. She basically didn't know that you could scan the QR code on your phone for discounts, but while I was trying to explain the process to her she told me to shut up.
