I hanged my mind and just canceled my order and just left because I felt so uncomfortable.
Infront of this mc Donald's is disgusting with piles and piles of trash outside with rats and roaches running around. This location is a bad and ghetto area where you can't get no peace being robbed for your stuff locally, begged for your money , harassed and disrespected while trying to dine in/eat. This mc Donald's needs to provide more assistance to their employees being distrubed everyday and stuck having homeless/pan handlers around the customers bothering and bothering them ! Provide security guard here ! Care about your franchise mc Donald's wow !! Never coming to this mc Donald's location again ! Such a disgusting mc Donald's and place to go to !

I'm a huge fan of McDonald's. I've eaten at a lot of locations. This location is pretty darn pathetic. I typically don't write bad reviews, but I've given this place so many chances. I've gotten disappointed the more I went.
They always seem to get my orders wrong, they are just shooting the sh$ts with each other and not really paying attention to the customers and they make you feel like you are bothering them.
One time I paid for a packet of mayonnaise. I wanted it for another time. The MOD didn't give the packet. Instead, they just squirted some sauce next to my sandwich. I paid for the product. What nonsense.
I don't know if this place is a franchise or a corporate, but wow. There is a guy who typically works in the morning. I believe he is Hispanic because I heard him speak Spanish. He has braided hair.
There is also a MOD at night. He is Hispanic and has short hair. Another terrible MOD.
There is a black gril who works in the afternoon. Not sure what her position is but she doesn't wear the same uniform as the other team members and she expedites the food. Not good.
One good thing about this location is a guy that works in the morning. He is white and usually at the cash register. He also helps people get their order. Phenomenal person. Every time I went in, he was always helping customers and answering their questions.

i never had a problem with this place , been going there for years. until today at 11:30pm , i ordered a chicken sandwich meal deal that comes with French fries , nuggets & a sandwich i ate my sandwich and fries first before I even looked or touched the nuggets . i ate 2 nuggets before i seen what happened to the 3rd chicken nugget & it was a straight bite out of it . someone literally took a bite out the nugget . & I feel like they purposely left the chicken nugget that was bitten out of , under the rest of the chicken nuggets.I feel disgusted , confused as to why someone would play with someone’s food like that . I scrubbed my tongue because I don’t know what else they could have done to the rest of my food and to anyone else’s food they served.

I still can't believe this place. Ordered a breakfast 10:40 am, went to the store 20 mins later and still my order is not on their system!!! They could not find it and they asked me the code to put manually on the system to start prepping the order.
After that and waiting for 10 mins more in that heat because the do not have AC and is hell there for their ovens (its even fresher outside), Manager told me I still have to pay 4 usd missing.... even after showed him the transaction with the full a mount of 8 usd he insisted telling me that 4 usd was missing and he had to put this from their pocket which was not my problem. They wanted to charge me then 12 usd for that breakfast and No AC + a long wait.
People fix the AC and the system and don’t make people wait in this hell please. I ordered in advance to skip the wait! Not to argue with the manager in that heat!
