Ok well I came to the Bronx and wanted McDonald's as I try to place an order the manager said use the QR so I said I got cash and he said we have no cash so I said ok I will use it then another person came in then he rang her in so I ask why did he make me use the QR his response was he dose what he wants ok neven want to place the order but I did so the bathroom was awful crap on the sink and floor wow and customer where complained and all he said was

This McDonald’s has a 24-hour sign, but it’s not really 24/7. If you come late at night, you’ll see staff working inside, but they refuse to take any orders. Really disappointing and bad service. 👎🍟

Whole restaurant was dirty and packed and it took like 30 minutes to get my order mind you it was only fries nuggets and a drink. Didn’t even get my sauce and no napkins like what??? All the workers there have an attitude and if you tell them something THEY got wrong they’ll act like you’re a bother. They be chatting and laughing too like they don’t got people waiting for their food. This is place is super bad. They only know how to act when they got visitors.

I hanged my mind and just canceled my order and just left because I felt so uncomfortable.
Infront of this mc Donald's is disgusting with piles and piles of trash outside with rats and roaches running around. This location is a bad and ghetto area where you can't get no peace being robbed for your stuff locally, begged for your money , harassed and disrespected while trying to dine in/eat. This mc Donald's needs to provide more assistance to their employees being distrubed everyday and stuck having homeless/pan handlers around the customers bothering and bothering them ! Provide security guard here ! Care about your franchise mc Donald's wow !! Never coming to this mc Donald's location again ! Such a disgusting mc Donald's and place to go to !

I'm a huge fan of McDonald's. I've eaten at a lot of locations. This location is pretty darn pathetic. I typically don't write bad reviews, but I've given this place so many chances. I've gotten disappointed the more I went.
They always seem to get my orders wrong, they are just shooting the sh$ts with each other and not really paying attention to the customers and they make you feel like you are bothering them.
One time I paid for a packet of mayonnaise. I wanted it for another time. The MOD didn't give the packet. Instead, they just squirted some sauce next to my sandwich. I paid for the product. What nonsense.
I don't know if this place is a franchise or a corporate, but wow. There is a guy who typically works in the morning. I believe he is Hispanic because I heard him speak Spanish. He has braided hair.
There is also a MOD at night. He is Hispanic and has short hair. Another terrible MOD.
There is a black gril who works in the afternoon. Not sure what her position is but she doesn't wear the same uniform as the other team members and she expedites the food. Not good.
One good thing about this location is a guy that works in the morning. He is white and usually at the cash register. He also helps people get their order. Phenomenal person. Every time I went in, he was always helping customers and answering their questions.

Foods mediocre at best , says it's open 24hrs but I swear past 11 they tell anyone to kick rocks. Change your hours online if that's so. Also they really be ripping ppl off with the amount of fries given.
