One of the worst McDonald's in the world! And of course, it's in the Bronx. The restrooms are absolutely filthy. The service is a mess: when you order at the kiosk, it forces you to enter a table number, but none of the tables actually have numbers on them! To make matters worse, the machine didn't give me a receipt after I paid, so I had no way to prove which order was mine. On top of that, it is very cold inside! It is 30°F (-1°C) outside, and it feels like there is no heating in here at all. Terrible experience. Avoid this place!

I dont know what it is with the night shift workers. But every time I go through the drive thru after 10pm, it’s SLOW. I was waiting on line for 40 minutes. There were three people inside working. I’m not understanding why there were three cars just sitting in the drive thru. Someone had to get out of their car and speak to the workers to see what was going on. Do better

Very bad experience.
The place was dirty, including the bathroom and the entire dining area. I came specifically for the kids’ PlayPlace, and it was closed with no notice.
When I received my food, they didn’t include napkins, any sauces, or the BBQ for the chicken nuggets. I had to go up twice to ask for the missing items.
Overall, a mess. I do not recommend this location.
P.S.: I ordered more food, but I only uploaded this photo for the review.

I have no idea what happened to this McDonald’s but it has completely gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t want to work or their just giving the wrong orders out on purpose but the girl over the intercom had me repeat my order over and over again just for them to get my whole order wrong. Customer service needs to be better cause you can tell they don’t want to be there. There wasn’t that much people in the restaurant or the drive thru so I’m confused with the lack of carelessness coming from this place.

Fries served cold. Burgers not fully cooked. Machines always something damaged with it. If pay cash must pay exact amount or mcdonald's keeps the change.
The atmosphere was super cold, so we had to order takeout, the toilets were dirty terribly and there was no soap to wash our hands.

This McDonalds is one of the worst in the area. I spend 70$ stale fries, stale and nasty chicken nuggets. Highly disappointed they got my order wrong as well, specially asked for no pickles and all my burgers had them. Ridiculous.
