I eat at different McDonalds almost every night. Always order Mccrispy deluxe.
First time in this branch and this was, by far, the worst Mccrispy deluxe I have ever tasted. It was almost non edible.

This McDonald’s literally never gets my order right. If I order a triple cheeseburger, they only put two patties on it. If I order a double, they only put one. If I say no onions, they put onions. So on and so forth. McDonald’s makes it impossible to reach out to management to complain, so this McDonald’s will forever be subpar. We need to stop going to this until they fix this issue. They don’t care about what they put in the bags and mess up simple orders all the time.

Customer service is Horrible, the lady that takes the order on the drive-thru is so rude and has not manner to work in customer service.
She yelled at me and slammed the window, just because she didn't wanted to scan the code for points.
Also the speaker of the drive thru sounds really bad, you barely hear them.

Whoever was cooking on the late shift (1:00 am in NOV 2, 2025) are total losers. Cold, dry, slopped together food…French fries from hours ago, no napkins, straws or anything in the bag. Disgusting people. Stay away!

Every time I go inside there is a someone sleeping in the seats or asking for money. The staff don’t get the orders correct, something is always missing or wrong with my order unfortunately by that time I realized I’m already at work so nothing can be done and I work literally at the top of the hill and mc Donald’s is at the beginning of said hill. Tell me who’s walking that down and back up? I hope this encourages the staff to get orders correct the first time.

So the BTS happy meal toys came out this week and I wanted to buy two for my daughter. She said she didn’t want the food just the toy so I was ok. So I walk up to cashier Christopher and asked him for only the toy. He told me I must buy the food so I agreed, but before I do I wanted the manager Jamie to confirm if that was true. She politely told me yes you must buy the meal and I agreed.
I told Christopher that I would buy the happy meal but I just want the toy. He can trash the food or give it to someone. He caught an attitude and yelled “ Ms you need to buy the meal”!!! I explained to him as slowly as I could that I am going to buy the meal but just trash the food. Instead of just saying ok and keep quiet he continued and said “ to honest I don’t care what you do with it”. I just told him “ sir as someone who was on the other side of customer service there are curtain words you shouldn’t say to customers that can get you in trouble ”. He continued and said “ I do what I want when I want” as if his parents owned this McDonald’s. I just said can you get your manager again.
I had my credit card out but i decided to change my mind due to his attitude but because I was near the sensor he proceeded to check me out for two happy meals before I can talk to the manager. I noticed nobody was behind me and a receipt came out and I told him I didn’t pay for anything yet and he held the receipt. I grabbed the second receipt and realized my credit card was charged. Mind you this was before the manager came back for the second time. The manager Jamie came back and I told her I would like a refund because of his attitude. She refunded me and while she’s doing it Christopher is engaging a conversation about me to the non uniform wearing security guard in the store about me in front of me . Jamie didn’t tell Christopher to go in the back while she handle the situation he just really thought he can say whatever. The child clearly has no manners or education. Hey Chris stay in school and better yourself because if you don’t you’re just going end up staying a miserable person with a stink attitude.

The food at McDonald’s is okay, and the place is sometimes clean. The drive-thru and surrounding area can get pretty busy and noisy, with a lot of homeless people nearby. It’s not always the chilliest spot, but it’s convenient.

Workers twerking instead of getting orders out. Manager filming a worker dancing while I’m waiting 10 minutes for my food. Only for the mcChicken to be missing from my order. These people have no respect & make Dominicans look bad. Plz get new management & straighten these employees. It’s ridiculous I’ve been going to this McDonald’s 10+ years & it’s never been this bad til now.
