There was no soap dispenser (much less soap) in the women's bathroom. So how are employees washing their hands after using the bathroom here? Bringing bathroom germs into the kitchen?! How are customers washing their hands? They aren't. Thankfully I carry hand sanitizer with me. Also, they were out of Coke. I'll just stay hungry next time.

This Mcdonald’s restaurant is the wort. I cane here with my pregnant gf for just a frappe and they made it so difficult to get my order done. I asked for caramel on the top & bottom and used my points to pay for it. They didn’t add the caramel on the bottom and when i told them about it they said they wouldn’t remake it. I stood there for 20 min and asked 5 different employees to remake my drink before they actually did. If your on 161 yankee stadium and your looking for a place to eat, i do not advise you to stop at this Mcdonald’s!!

Today I went to McDonalds and they gave me wrong order and did not comply with my order. I am not sure if this McDonald has been sold to someone, but I must say this franchise must be audited by the right person who can observe what is happening in this location 51-67 E 161st Bronx NY 10451.There is so much work that needs to be done and wrong images has been influenced in this place. It is located in Bronx next to yankee stadium. Spanish people consistently are doing this purposely to make a political movement. The Hispanic Association continued to provide false images and false information for numerous of reason to make political movement and to enhance political votes. I do find Hispanic community association, people dangerous, and especially they need to be audited by the right person who can really observe what is happening in McDonald take proper notes. The precinct 11 is located in Bronx inside the subway station and I do believe the precinct is completely corrupted by the district and the council who has been representing the area. Please make a note of yourself and look into this matter and be aware how corruption is happening because of racial bait has been influenced by title 42.

The staff here clears orders from their screen so it seems like to their bosses they are knocking out orders in a timely fashion (WHICH THEY AREN’T) and then they lose track of orders and you end up waiting 20mins for a 4pc & fries because they lost track

I didn't like it, they put paper solvent instead of a plastic one, the solvent crumbles in the coffee and I took it to the bathroom immediately.

I won't say much. I'll let the picture explain it all. I will say that this location is horrible... always. Service, food prep...everything. it's near Yankee stadium so you'd think they'd do better. It's time to stop giving them chances, I give up...I gave them another chance. Mistake. I didn't know they gave partial pieces of cheese. Costs more for less food. Nice.

The staff does not clean the tables so that other people can enjoy a clean table, the staff lacks patience, kindness, respect and attention.. the bathroom was dirty, the tables, they do not use gloves to handle the food, they serve it worse than What anyone can imagine, they served me the coffee and it looked like water... how is it possible that they do this? Because ? What's going on in this place... it's a total shame and it's the one closest to me...
