I witnessed one of the females preparing the order wipe the counter with a rug, she didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to to grab cheese with the same gloves to make a burger. Absolutely unsanitary!!! This was Apr 4, 2025 at 1pm. And the line U.S. outrageous because they are slow.

Honestly had to express my experience. The night service is so bad. They are not rude but the food is always cold hard and old. It’s not fair. I literally was going to drive to another McDonald but gave them another try. It’s horrible and not edible. I hope someone do something about this. I’m tired of driving to Tremont every night.

it was so crowded, dark, filthy, and muggy, that i didn’t even feel comfortable ordering food. you’d think that they’d renovate the store considering that it’s right next to Yankee Stadium. there weren’t even any kiosks!!
Lately the beef patties used for the burgers and big mac have a weird taste, like a very chemical taste. Its really strong and unappetizing, i wonder if anyone else has noticed this too? i couldn't finish my burgers.

It’s was hard for the employee to comply With my demands I asked for a Quarter pounder with no cheese or ketchup. I waited for 15 mins to receive the opposite of my and then proceeded to wait another additional 25 mins for the accommodation to just obtain a burger with sodium

Filthy for a McDonald. The area they prepare the food is grimy. You can see the holder that holds the coffee cup around the rim is black. You can tell this place is not properly maintained or hasn't been cleaned years. The overhead lights Filthy no one wipes the tables after use floors like outside. Absolutely Filthy for a place that sells food near Yankee Stadium. But it's a popular stop for those in the neighborhood. I guess the owner doesn't feel the need to keep the place clean for those in the neighborhood or visitors.
