I deliver for uber when I went to pick up the food they leave you at the window see you and have there conversation wasting time when they supposed to be at the window to hand off the food and the food is ready sitting on there counter it's crazy they do ask that you press the person's so they see the time you left and do wear a mask and food is always prepared correctly so I give them a 4 star update 2026 I been ordering Uber they miss items and never pick up the phone needs supervision where are the managers?

This restaurant isnt that great considering its right across from the famous Yankee stadium. A lot of suspicious looking people allowed to loiter inside not even eating anything. People smoking or holding pre rolls in their hands. Faces covered in ski masks. Dirty tables. No kiosk to expedite making orders.

This location is right in front of the Yankees stadium knowing how busy it could get it should have employees who need the job not employees who don’t care they make so many mistake but forget the mistakes they argue with customers like they are not wrong. They know we are purchasing food and still don’t give you napkins or straws or any sauces you purchase or ask for. So many employees for no reason they all bunch up working in the same order. The manager ALTAGRACIA needs to be fired she thinks she does things right and do it wrong forgetting things from orders and still argues with customers like we are crazy. Gaslighting customers is crazy and arguing with them.

There are always homeless people inside the place fighting and asking for money, bothering customers. The bathrooms need more constant cleaning and the lock on the men's bathroom door needs to be fixed. Being close to one of the most famous stadiums in the Bronx, it should look better for customers , They should improve customer service, also some people who serve there are reluctant to serve the customers of the place.
