Recent Reviews
There are always homeless people inside the place fighting and asking for money, bothering customers. The bathrooms need more constant cleaning and the lock on the men's bathroom door needs to be fixed. Being close to one of the most famous stadiums in the Bronx, it should look better for customers , They should improve customer service, also some people who serve there are reluctant to serve the customers of the place.

Honestly had to express my experience. The night service is so bad. They are not rude but the food is always cold hard and old. It’s not fair. I literally was going to drive to another McDonald but gave them another try. It’s horrible and not edible. I hope someone do something about this. I’m tired of driving to Tremont every night.

The employees that work here are kind once you are kind to them, they show courtesy and try to give good service, under the dire circumstances of the environment and population. They definitely need better security than the gentleman that is there, because I don't believe that he understands the culture and is vulnerable to constant attacks. The mute lady who cleans is phenomenal by the way.
