Food were ice cold and there is always a long wait even if u already order from the kiosk machine. Restaurant is playing loud Dominican music. Are they really kidding me. This place is not a club.

Absolutely horrible I went to this McDonald’s and payed for my food and they refused to give me my food that I paid for because there kiosk was glitching I showed them my receipt my transaction on my bank app everything and they refused the workers are incredibly rude there is never anyone on the cashier and the kiosks barley work when you use cash they take your money and give you no receipt or order # the tables are dirty 90% of the time the staff give you attitude when you ask a question or even look at them I don’t recommend going here unless you want to have a horrible experience I wish I could give this McDonald’s a 0 but I can’t so I give it a 1

The worst location I’ve been too. Very rude, They skipped my order until I presented to them my receipt, letting them know that I haven’t received my order. And when she gave me my straw, she put it down on the table instead of my hand. I need to place to be shut down. Young workers that don’t care about work for their customers

This is the WORST Mcdonalds i've ever been too. I ordered a McDouble Meal Deal and 1 Small Fry. Noth only did they make me wait 30+ minutes for my order, Not ONLY did they not give me my small fries, They ALSO didnt give me ANY sauces, and when I asked for some they just ran off. I'm pleading and begging any young teenagers, kids, adults. DO NOT go to this McDonalds. PLEASE!
