This is the WORST Mcdonalds i've ever been too. I ordered a McDouble Meal Deal and 1 Small Fry. Noth only did they make me wait 30+ minutes for my order, Not ONLY did they not give me my small fries, They ALSO didnt give me ANY sauces, and when I asked for some they just ran off. I'm pleading and begging any young teenagers, kids, adults. DO NOT go to this McDonalds. PLEASE!

I've been there 3 times this month and each time there was an issue. Most don't speak English well. There is always a communication breakdown. You say no ice you get ice. They get your order wrong almost everytime. You want a burger and you get chicken. Your reward says you get a large, they give a small. I ordered a large sweet tea without ice. I get home and it was not sweet at all. I believe I was given the unsweetened tea purposely because I had to keep telling them what they did wrong and what was missing with my order. I should have tasted the tea before I left. I also ordered a tea with lemon for my son, I got a tea with lemonade. They don't know the difference. They rarely have anyone on the one register they have . They want you to use the kiosk and often times the scanner on the kiosk does not work and there is never any paper in the kiosk. The amount of children that are in this small place after school lets out is insane. What's worse is they have horrible customer service skills. I will patronize the other fast food places on 161st or 163rd. This place is a no for me.

Parking: Parking is horrible there
Kid-friendliness: Two booths and 6 stools. Rowdy crowd always in there and pan handlers always at the door and come inside too.

I went to go deliver for this place on a late night and it was literally 3 to 4 staff. Two people were in the back talking and having a conversation when they were supposed to be working and filling orders this one young lady, which was the cashier at the time did her thing and did her best to accommodate everybody, including the Uber eats delivery drivers

Also while I was at the register the lady was not talking in English she was talking in Spanish telling me how much the food was. If anyone is going to eat there just be aware and be careful. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich

Although your orders take a bit longer than expected and no one ever knows where to stand for ordering or order wait. I can say this place definitely has a great DJ in the back because it doesn’t fail every single time I walk in there I feel like one day someone is going to come from the side with a hookah and bottle service. Overall okay food as most McDonald’s but the atmosphere well if you want to feel like you’re at a night club or happy hour this McDonalds is the place to be.
Kid-friendliness: In my opinion yes it’s kid friendly, the place has music to distract your babies while you wait for the food and the people staff is nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel accessible access buttttttttt in my opinion it’s only one wheelchair at a time. The place is very very small and getting ima be out will definitely be a challenge with everyone standing around everywhere.
