I was taking my food out of the bag. AND! We had 3 sandwiches and one of them Is missing! The fries is either to salty or not even salted! They forgot our spoon to our Mcflurry 🙄 And we ordered coke but instead of coke we got dietPepsi! The service is not efficent! We don't even belive that out Mcflurry is a Mcflurry. It's just melted ice cream with m&ms. This service is trash!

I usually come in the morning time. Very slow service and not very nice employees. I went in after work for a frappe and the manager that took my order was so pleasant and efficient. I believe her name was Tamika. Thank you for a great experience.
The food always comes out good here but the fact there is only one unmanned register and orders are just made at kiosks sucks. If you have any issues you usually have to yell into the back for someone to come to the front register

If you order on the McDonald’s app at this location, you will get very incorrect order. If you order the collectors edition, you will not get the collectors cup. You will also not get any sauces if you order chicken nuggets and if you order honey mustard, you won’t get honey mustard you’ll get hot mustard, which is disgusting. Don’t know why they even have it at this location, my husband ordered two collections and we did not get our collectors cup. They did not write on our order to tell us that they ran out. Supposedly I did not get the barbecue sauce nor did I get honey mustard I got hot mustard, no straws, no napkins, no barbecue sauce. I didn’t know. I paid to use my barbecue sauce at home and to make homemade honey mustard, this place needs to be Management and we walked into this place before and yes, I agree with the loud music. All in all walk in and get your order at this one.
Update 02/02/22 how on gods green earth me and my husband come to this McDonald’s and they’re advertising the new surf and turf The new double crunch and the new land air and sea and they don’t even know what it is and they have a poster up no one in this McDonald’s new what’s the new special was wasn’t even on the machine didn’t know how to put it in for customers so we walked out in sadness because this is what we really want it we wanted to really try it I don’t know what this McDonald’s has done from every review that I’ve done but this is just sad and shameful to live in the Bronx with a McDonald’s not far from you and they can’t get orders right make them right they make them look like the rust barely doesn’t look like the picture I mean what McDonald’s does but I don’t know but how do you not know your own specials SMH shaking my head with sadness we were really craving it and for anyone that lives in the Bronx we went to Kennedys and made our own double crunch lol
So this is an update from when I first wrote my message below so as of today McDonald’s has gotten very sloppy over here in the Bronx on 17 now their soda tends to start testing like social water and little bit of whatever soda flavor their Apple pies which I love McDonald’s apple pies have turned into something hard and Gui and you just keep chewing it’s not like how we grew up where the apple pies tasted like apples and it was a pie it was great there are some McDonald’s that I have been to that do a great job but the one where I live I’m sad to say is not doing So good this may be the last time I go to this McDonald’s or ever get a soda and an apple pie I’ll get their fries I’ll get there BURGER, so far I have not had that experience with those but I might as well go to Burger King or Wendy’s because they check their soda machines and I’ve never had any complaints about them so until matters get resolved which I hope very soon I may not be attending McDonald’s again and people check your orders make sure they get it right because this is not the first time that’s happened to me and including others that I’ve noticed on here so.
