Depending what time you go, the place could be full of kids. And it gets pretty noisy in there. But then again, it's McDonald's and kids will be kids. The food wasn't that great. My fries were cold and the staff was not that friendly

Gross . Everytime I order from here I find something floating in my drink ! I was so hungry and needed to get something fast, I debated with hopes that today would be okay and maybe clean . I was absolutely wrong there’s things floating at the top of my Orange HI juice & this is actually the 4th to 5th time that happened. I will never go to a Mc Donald’s in the Bx again . That is exactly how people get sick an have all type of stomach issues . Absolutely gross & not to mention , their buns and breakfast bagels taste steel.

I literally just ordered Uber eats and I did the four piece chicken strips meal and when I open the box, they gave me chicken nuggets like who works here. Do you not pay attention to the order job packing now I’ll be wrong if I walk up that block and get crazy because this is not what I paid for. Absolutely horrible. Fire everybody in the establishment. And my whole Oreo McFlurry was missing like do you not look at the receipts like I’m confused at this point close the whole establishment this is diabolical.

Terrible service. Did an order on the app tonight they forgot half the order. My sons whole happy meal missing 2 large fries missing 2 large drinks missing. Like wth are the workers doing ? How you forget half the order ! Mcdonalds cost too much for these mistakes.
The employees don’t really acknowledge you and they aren’t very approachable. This location also gives the impression they don’t want to operate the register even if you’re standing right there making eye contact waiting to put an order in. The food wasn’t that great either . The fries are way too salty and my Big Mac had too much of the Mac sauce that I had to remove a lot of it with napkins . Yuck .
