It took the drive thru entirely too long to process an order for coffee and apple pie. She couldn't count her change from .$20 properly, and I was the only person. It took more than 10 minutes, and the stuff was already prepared

So the mobile app does not work and if you use any offers in order to use the app at the register and use your rewards you have to wait 13 mins.
In which McDonald’s should find a way to compensate a customer for their troubles. The manager basically said there is nothing we can do was just so unprofessional.
Not my usual place to dine as there are many school kids and people from the shelter system lingering around in there. There is very often never any seating.

Don't eat Mikey D's like that if I do it's only the fries & that's what I went in there to get all I can say is they were fresh & hot like I like them so I say a thumbs up ??
