I just had a terribly rude experience at the drivetru here. Firstly, the dude that took my order was incredibly rude and sarcastic when taking my order. Upon reaching the window to pay, the lady the took my payment didn't greet us, say hi, didn't tell us our total, or anything, she just reached out to the car with the debit card machine for us to pay and that's it. She also had this "I hate myself and this job" look on her face. When she finally handed us our food, my wife checked to make sure everything was OK, she noticed that there were only 4 nuggets instead of 6 in the box. When I told the lady, she finally spoke and rudely asked us to open the box and when I did, she extended her arm the take the nugget box and while she turned, she rolled her eyes as if we shouldn't care that we received 2 less nuggets. She came back with the 6 nuggets and we left.

A minute or two later, my wife noticed that the apple slices we also payed for were missing and the happy meal box looked old and fragile as if it was reused, I kid you not.

I will never go to this location ever again.

I will include a picture of my order number, date , and time so that if management reads this review, they will know who these employees are because they should know who they are.

I could never get a burger that Is freshly made even after requesting for it to be made on the grill. I’m going to start calling there corporate headquarters to put my complaints in for now and on, since it all starts with the store management training the workers. It’s a franchise and I’m sure the franchise headquarters care how the restaurants are treating the customers.

I never have this problem when I’m in New Jersey or out of state it’s only in the bronx and New York McDonalds that love serving burgers that are sitting in there warmers, god knows how long those burgers just sit in there, those burgers that are in the warmers are either cold or luke warm, I’ve gotten sick from those burgers in the past. I’ve also seen when they pull out the Warmer tray and observed burgers in there that were literally sitting in a pool of what appeared to be water. (YUCK!!)

That’s why I always request for everything to be done/cooked fresh.

There is a huge difference in quality and taste when you get a burger that’s been sitting in there warmer and a burger that was taken out fresh off the grill. A burger from the warmer is either cold or luke warm.

A burger that comes out the grill is piping hot, and when you lift up the bun to see if they actually gave you a fresh burger you will see lots of steam come up and burger is hot to the touch.

To the manager please train your workers to give the customers what they ask for. It only takes 5 minutes tops to cook a burger on the grill. Tell your employees to stop being lazy.

My fiancé and I were waiting for a doctor’s appointment on a cold afternoon today, when I walked in and it was ridiculously cold inside the restaurant so I scanned the menu and figured two Big Mac meals looked good, even though I’ve never had one, the service was satisfactory but the actual sandwich was so overpriced and totally disgusting, all that thousand island salad dressing that they call a special sauce was gross and I barely ate mine while my partner sucked it up and ate as much possible on the other hands the French fries were really good but very salty and the drink was well carbonated but had too much ice as I adjourned to the female restroom (male bathroom was occupied) it was very clean and sterile but extremely cold, maybe 62/64 degrees maximum, so we left and felt kind of burned because it was a half hour walk from the location of the appointment to the establishment and back, it isn’t our neighborhood so we went in on a whim, I have to visit this location in January but definitely won’t visit this location again MS

Sad to see so many negative reviews. I came here the second day after it opened and on a Friday evening. Much like everyone else it is super busy and crowded I don't bother getting on the line and just do mobile ordering. The wait time is about 15 minutes which makes sense with the volume. The people who did the mobile ordering were kind and helpful so that was a plus. Just got to find the best time to come because evening is swarming with youth and lunch has a rush. They don't offer Uber eats either even though I am close so hopefully they can solve that issue and the rush lessens. Overall decent location.
