Sad to see so many negative reviews. I came here the second day after it opened and on a Friday evening. Much like everyone else it is super busy and crowded I don't bother getting on the line and just do mobile ordering. The wait time is about 15 minutes which makes sense with the volume. The people who did the mobile ordering were kind and helpful so that was a plus. Just got to find the best time to come because evening is swarming with youth and lunch has a rush. They...

FINALLY one of my favorite places to eat is in my side of the Bronx !! This is so exciting. The food is excellent, the workers are nice. The atmosphere is also great! Packed but what do you expect it’s a Chick fil a ?
