According to their hours online they are supposed to be open 24 hours but they are not, we got there around 5 something am and they said they open at 6. We waited in the parking lot till 6am, then we tried the drive thru again and someone said they open at 6:15. Like just update your hours online.

I honestly don’t know what and why the staff move so slow and the cashier don’t have gloves on while touching the food nasty( you shouldn’t be touching food if you’re touching money). Lastly nobody speaks you have to ask for help or demand for someone to pay attention.

My recent visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. When I went with my family around 3-something, the whole place was crowded with teenagers vaping, smoking, yelling, and sitting on top of tables. They were making a huge mess, and it didn’t feel like a family-friendly environment at all.
While I was waiting for my food, a group of teenagers was smoking in the back exit. The entire area was filled with smoke, and it smelled strongly of weed. Parents with little kids had to walk through that exit because the main entrance was locked and blocked off with trash. It’s unacceptable that the only exit was filled with smoke and that families had no safe way out.
On top of that, there are often homeless individuals inside the restaurant. I’m not trying to be mean about anyone’s situation, but there is one man who is there every day asking people—including kids and elderly customers—for food. The smell in the air was so strong that it made it hard to eat. Last time I was there, another homeless person came in with his pants falling down, exposing himself because he wouldn’t pull them up. That made the environment feel even more unsafe and uncomfortable for families.
Overall, this location feels chaotic, poorly managed, and not safe for families. McDonald’s is supposed to be a place where people can sit, relax, and enjoy a meal, but this experience was the opposite. I really hope management steps up and fixes these issues, because right now it’s not acceptable for any customer.
And if you see this give me a proper response on why yall don’t do anything about these problems!!

I give it a 2 stars because is not the first time that I order from Uber eats and there is always something missing!. I had to go to McDonald's to get my missing food. If the manager is reading this please tell your workers to triple check the orders!!!

I can’t believe it took you three minutes to make my coffee. Everything is disorganized and dirty. The screens don’t work, and you don’t know who is Making your order. If this happens to me, I can’t imagine what they do to the rest.

I wasn't not happy today at the 2505 Southern BLVD Bronx, NY 10458, on my break at 12:52 pm, I wanted to sit and enjoy my lunch, but there's was an individual siting, with his food all scattered around and seem to be drugged, it's so disgusting to see that, I love McDonald's but it's not a welcoming place anymore, especially to bring your family to see that, I did report it to the guy at the register, even though they give good customer service, I didn't eat there, thank you.
