The food is like any other McDonald's okay. The service is good. Workers are nice. But sometimes crazy people go in there, and you just have to let the workers know or ask for the supervisor. That's if you see weird things, LOL!

This mc Donald’s is very unprofessional, I came in and ordered my food and they couldn’t charge me and give me Mac sauce on the side when i have went to other mc Donald locations multiple times and order it with no problem. This isn’t the first time this mc Donald’s gives me a problem i don’t recommend nobody to come here

The manager with the white shirt giving out the orders to the tables and i saw him; with a smile, every time. It’s like he’s happy to be there. Great team as well. Everything was spotless, food was good, nice and hot no cap best mcdonalds experience ive ever had. And i don’t even give out reviews

If I can a Zero on service I would they are rude and unprofessional. Like have workers that will like to work not over work and overwhelmed
FREEZING COLD! Like right out of the freezer. In fact, the bag didn't even smell like food, due to NO warmth from the bag at all! Small fries, the classic hamburger, and (simple slice of cheese) was an ice block. It was so cold, the cheese slice didn't melt as much as I thought it would in my 1200 watt microwave! The apple pie was just losing it's last bit of warmth, and heated it up anyway. Ugh. Not my usual, MiC D's (2 blks away from me) anyway, so not surprised. The one at 2170 White Plains Road. Never gets it wrong. Night time, day time. And always hot/warm when it arrives, that you can even small the salt on the fries, no problem. The cinnamon in the apple pie, no problem. What a difference and just a few blocks away. Thanks guys!

The Best Mc. D's I've been to in The Bronx... Hospitality was so amazing i had to tell the manager, Food wz Hot n Fresh. Shoutout 2 the two female employees that were perfect (wish I knew their names)
Ordered a small coffee to go and waited 10 minutes until I politely asked where my order was. When I asked, the manager made me coffee on the spot and had a crew member offer it to me.
