Bad customer service experience. I ordered through the app for pickup. When I pulled up and gave my order number twice, the employee responded with a bad attitude, saying, “That’s not what I asked you.” It is not the customer’s fault if an employee is having a bad day, and customers should not be treated this way when they are spending their money. People with this kind of attitude should not be working at such an incredible franchise. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

the worker and manager threatened me with a fryer because i asked for my food and was accused of asking for free food despite showing the receipt showing that i paid. the manager and worker called me broke till police got there and ordered them to give me all my money back because i in fact did pay and did nothing to deserve derogatory words. will be reaching out to corporate! the employee is pictured holding this down below!

Service and food are usually great but late nights they are inconsistent with their hours. Sometimes they'll take my order, sometimes it's mobile orders only, sometimes they say they're closed despite the app allowing me to place an order and I have to go through the process of getting a refund. If you work overnight shifts, skip this McDonald's because you'll likely end up wasting your time
