While eating my meal on 01/17/2024, around 12:45 pm a group of students from JHS98 (maybe 6 of them, males and females), school right on front of McDonalds' came to the restaurant to used the restroom. They did no buy anything to eat. One one them was vaping while waiting for the restroom. These kids started to rush the person that was in the bathroom. The gentleman came out in a hurry. All the student got inside the bathroom, ALL TOGETHER. I notified the cashier about the activity and she said ok. THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO GET THEM OUT. I HEARD THE MANAGER SAYING, WHAT DO SHE WANTS ME TO DO?? REFERING TO ME . I can not knock the door down in order for them to leave.I just said WOOOOOWWWW! they did not care about what they where doing all together inside the bathroom for over 15 mnts.Please check your camaras.A concern citizen

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s ever since I was a small child and the food is good back in the early 90s a bit of a decline in terms of flavor but I feel like that’s more of a corporate issue but this location is great for me whenever I feel like I want to grab lunch or breakfast would be nice if you guys had the option for grilled chicken salads again

WHY DO WE HAVE THIS MCDONALD'S THAT BASICALLY CAN NOT GET A REVIEW BETTER THEN ONE STAR You would think a place that prides there self on fast food and awesome customer service would hire better workers to do the job. One there is no reason to have ten workers in the back but no one wants to step to the registere every time I've ordered from here it has never been what I've ordered walk in the place they just look at you for ten minutes or until you get nasty. I have never seen an African American working in this site do they only hire Dominicans and Puerto ricans always felt like it was a races thing in there. When the white man comes you are all going on the same boat with the black people.

Very well organized. The food is good, and I love their milk shakes.
It's McDonalds (Webster Ave) and fast food. The food is good, hot, employees are responsive to requests. Place is clean and well kept.Only issue is the frequency that the shake machine is out of service but it seems to be fixed within a few days.Parking: They have about 10 or more parking spot, some for curbside pickup.There's always a space to park because no one is there for a long time.Kid-friendliness: This McDonald's has lots of kids and teens in the restaurant. It seems to be a meeting spot for them. While some of them can be noisy, they haven't bothered anyone or interfered with other guests.It seems the mgt has a good relationship with them.

Excellent McDonald's would definitely recommend using the coupons on your phone with the kiosks or using mobile
Now they are getting into the habbit of hiding at night so they wont have to work iys not the first time this is happening its been like 7 times i been here and once i leave the drive thru i see them coming out of hiding
