I love this place, it has so many great flavors and topping options. But it recently has become very dirty and sort of smelly. There was candy and dirty footprints all over the floor and some pieces of hair on the check out counter. Everything felt very unorganized as well. Only one woman working there and she was very very kind. Who ever is in charge of this place please help take better care of it!!

I’ve had a terrible experience at menchies this lady did not allow me to put my number and then got upset with no tip (why would I give tip if you do nothing) and then did not allow me to take my food to go and when I asked she gave me unessacary aittitude when I asked I think the women needs to be re trained this is ridiculous this has made me rather upset menchies do something she also made a rude remark as I left the store

Someone told me of this placer 2yr ago and i visited, the experience was Out of this World i had yogurt which tasted as ice cream I returned today and the experience is as phenomenal.Try the cake batter and Fruit Sorbet.

It’s always a pleasure to visit☺️. The flavors are always so different but yummy. It’s been 2+ years coming here with my aunt, best place to visit for a sweet treat and definitely worth the ride!! Definitely recommend you guys to come check them out !

For kids, a big variety and the kids can put themselves the ice cream and other add-ons. The place is not so clean, and the ice cream does not look good enough for me, as an adult, but the kids had a great experience and this was the target.
Vegetarian options: They are signs also for Kosher.
Kid-friendliness: Especially for kids.

I really like this place and the froyo is great. They also have a wide selection of toppings and it’s kept clean. The only problem is that sometimes, the froyo comes out of the machines very liquidly, because I guess some aren’t at a low enough temperature. Still, everything else is really awesome!

A very nice place to go out with children, they take ice cream by weight, the children love it. The ice cream is a little too sweet.

Omg this place is so gross and smelly ?? An awful smell hits you as soon as you walk through the doors, the tables are dirty, and the toppings look so unappetizing. The cash register is left unattended and they still have the auditory to ask for tip

Have always loved having Menchie’s in the area until today. We walked in and there was a terrible smell, the machines were clearly dirty, yogurt sitting in trays. My children insisted on getting it anyway and the taste was off, total waste of money. Hoping this is fixed or they will be losing a lot of customers.

We come here often as is a “healthy” choice for a treat for our children. However, The moment you open the door the place stinks. The smell is like wet dog or dirty mop water. It’s really bad. I can’t be the only soul who is repulsed by this. I mentioned to the owner and he look at me like I had a third eye. He said something about having and issue lately. I said to him that this is not a new smell. The staff does as little as possible. The plane looks and smells dirty. Many times there is no one up front. There are boxes put on the isle and limits the space to shop.
