Have always loved having Menchie’s in the area until today. We walked in and there was a terrible smell, the machines were clearly dirty, yogurt sitting in trays. My children insisted on getting it anyway and the taste was off, total waste of money. Hoping this is fixed or they will be losing a lot of customers.

We come here often as is a “healthy” choice for a treat for our children. However, The moment you open the door the place stinks. The smell is like wet dog or dirty mop water. It’s really bad. I can’t be the only soul who is repulsed by this. I mentioned to the owner and he look at me like I had a third eye. He said something about having and issue lately. I said to him that this is not a new smell. The staff does as little as possible. The plane looks and smells dirty. Many times there is no one up front. There are boxes put on the isle and limits the space to shop.

This is a great place for middle aged people like me that are watching their weight. Not as many calories as icecream. Love the ability to fill my own cup with as much or as little as I want and put only the amount of toppings ( if any ) that I want.Kids love it too.

this store is very dirty and needs a deep clean. there was dirty water pooled around the machines yesterday. trash on floor, sticky and dirty tables. couldn’t bring myself to buy a yogurt!

Bathroom in this location is always “out of Servise” main reason employees are too lazy to clean it , when I screamed once they opened it for me and it was working and cleaned .
Can’t go wrong with frozen yogurt. Except if your favorite toppings are missing. When I was there they were all out of mochi and few of the other toppings. They don’t do sample cups which was always my favorite part of frozen yogurt. Not bad if you like a consistent flavors such a euro tart but makes it hard to experiment with anything new. A little overpriced.

pretty good (though I didn't like that the bathrooms didn't seem to be open to customers). I had the cocoa/cinnamon yogurt (very good), apple pie (very good) and vanilla (ordinary). One thing I very much liked though: outdoor seating!

If I could give this establishment more than 5 stars i would!! For starters, my husband and I aren’t the type of people to leave a review. We go in and out of places without much conversation. However, we went into this store last week, and the customer service was phenomenal! We’ve been living in North Riverdale for roughly 6 months now and have never really traveled to South Riverdale before, only passed through driving. Until last week when my mother in law was raving about how many fun flavors were there. Naturally, My husband and I had no choice but to try it for ourselves. We came in pretty late so the shop had already began getting ready for closing, we were greeted very kindly by a tall girl with red hair. We probably asked her a total of 10 different questions but all her answers were given with the same enthusiasm, she was nothing but kind and helpful. We enjoyed our Fro-yo so much we forgot to leave a review but then thought about going in this week and remembered our great experience. To that staff member, thank you for your kindness and for the recommendations, the cinnamon horchata and cake batter swirl was delicious. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Saddened to write this review as we loved Menchie's. Received a fruit arrangement for my birthday today and was highly disappointed. Upon arrival it looked nice, until I opened it. Strawberries and grapes were inedible, seemed as if they had been frozen and added to the arrangement. I removed all of the fruit in an attempt to salvage what was ok to eat and found it was attached to an interesting piece of lettuce. I'm upset my friend wasted her money on this and even more upset someone thought this was acceptable to deliver.

Cute and affordable frozen yogurt spot located in Riverdale! The yogurt flavors and toppings are great and there is always a wide array to choose from. The outdoor seating is also great for the warmer days. Overall would highly recommend!
