The costumer service was absolutely great! I took my family there the other day and they tended to us immediately! The waiters were nothing but kind to us. The variety of food was overwhelming but The quality I'd say is a solid 8.5/10! When I return NY, I'm definitely going here again.

Neighborhood spot I stumbled across being stationed at 1 Fordham Plaza. Gets busy during lunch and at $13 a person for an all you can eat buffet you understand why it gets busy.Food is always fresh, service is always good. If I could lose weight eating at buffets I'd be here every day.

Food is very good but hygiene is not on point I found hair In my food that I know for a fact wasn't my hair and that very much nasty I have no idea who was preparing the food but hey need to be wearing hair nets and be way more cleaner

Well let me tell yall the other day my family and I wanted to get something to eat around the area with the kids. So as we eat and we on our second plate my nephew saw a RAT run right into the store as the place was packed with people and they did nothing. So my nephew and child freaked out and was telling us what he saw. The owners and workers were trying to keep the kids shut by giving them free ice cream. DO NOT EAT HERE… we all ended up sick with upset stomach

The food like the chicken was raw I came hear on a family outing and their meat was pink and bloody now while some people wouldn't care I did because I am pregnant and when I complained about it out of everyone who I went with with was(my mom,dad,lil sis,lil bro,daughter and husband) they only gave us a barely discount on my daughter meal(6 years old) but even though we all complained about the meal they just seemed like they did not care regret not starting a law suit as soon as possible cause the time I'm posting this I only just went last week again I am pregnant and I had my daughter with me (6 years old) and my little brother (12 years old) so I am extremely angry with how the situation was handled. I'll add the picture of the pink bloody meat once i find it.
