These people are money hungry and greedy and do not care about their community and the people that spends money with them everyday for years. The way that man treated me at the counter last night was enough for me to never spend my money with these people ever again. He smiles at you knowing you’re spending money but if you come a dollar short his whole attitude changes and he’s very nasty to you. I was feeling under the weather and decided I would go get a smoothie and a water to feel better this guy charged me a dollar extra to substitute banana for mango something no one has ever done before I didn’t add anything extra and then pushes the water out the way because I didn’t have a dollar to pay for it when the whole plan was to get a small smoothie and the water for $7. If he didn’t charge me a dollar extra for substituting then I would’ve got my water too right? Yeah I’m all the way good! Thanks a lot for making me feel less than over something that wasn’t necessary! You’ve lost a customer for good now I will be making my smoothies and food at home enough is enough this place is not the same no more!

I ordered the Green Giant Juice and it was very potent, freshly made and pretty good. The Home Fries were pretty okay but not exactly cooked and seasoned to my liking. While the food was cooked fresh, the onions and peppers that I requested to be cooked well done in my meal were not sautéed down properly. The onions and peppers were quite hard and the Home Fries could have be cooked longer as well. Overall, I Give this store a 3 out of 5 stars for attempting to fulfill my order request but not quite hitting the mark. Hopefully, if I get the chance to try another menu item at this store my experience will be better.

It was my first time at this location. I asked for a steak quesadilla and what I got was ground beef oily. I asked with extra steak and when I got it they charged me $14.00 extra. When arrived home I noticed it was not a steak quesadilla. They don’t know how to make a steak quesadilla. If I can give a zero I would. Would not be going back. The worse I had. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.. I threw it out a wast of money.

Metro gourmet deli is an absolute gem located in Parkchester Bronx convenience of having such a great spot nearby is unbeatable, especially when you're looking for a quick bite The prices are surprisingly reasonable, making it an easy choice for anyone in the area. I order platters from here for an event and the presentation of it was great and it was delicious. Their juice bar/ smoothie bar is the best in the whole Bronx. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. And let me tell you, their carrot cake is to die for—easily the best I’ve had in a long time! Whether you're in the neighbor this place is a must-try.

The worst customer service. The short older guy with black hair who makes the juices is disgusting. He never has on gloves. He is always chewing tobacco. He is very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there again. The floors are never clean. When you look into the window to order their is good and garbage on the food. I saw a mouse run by. The older man who makes the juices in the morning never cleans the machine after he makes juices. The spinach he tried to put in my juice was no good I had to advise him the spinach is no good. He threw the spinach out because I mentioned it. He just continues making next juice without cleaning machine. They are over priced and the service sucks! I NEVER wrote a review before for any store but this one I made time to say do not get food or juices from there.
