They don’t have no English speaking person to take or make orders when you order something you even get what you asked for I ordered two yaroa with maduros and got them with French fries I ordered a sandwich and it taste like fish I’m allergic to seafood this place is a nightmare and the people are rude and don’t listen

This is the worst fast food place I have ever eaten, apart from that they overcharged me. If you are looking for fast food this is not the place, and terrible customer service. Constructive criticism for you, if you want to sell more, don't charge too much and cook the food well, because for one customer you lose ten.

Stopped by one night recently around 8pm. Ordered bistec encebollado (pepper and onion steak) with tostones. It took a bit to make it which was totally fine. I was happy to see it’d be fresh. The place is small so I got to see the guy cook everything live. Very clean though. The lady at the counter was very friendly, not just with me but with others that walked in while I waited. Great selection of snacks, drinks and food options. Unfortunately when I got to where I was staying the steak was very salty and super rough ? and the tres leches was dry. I’d try other options though to see.
