Stopped by one night recently around 8pm. Ordered bistec encebollado (pepper and onion steak) with tostones. It took a bit to make it which was totally fine. I was happy to see it’d be fresh. The place is small so I got to see the guy cook everything live. Very clean though. The lady at the counter was very friendly, not just with me but with others that walked in while I waited. Food is pretty good, especially if you're tired of everything else in this neighborhood. My fav is the bistec panini. Just sometimes the meat is tough and then other times it's on point. Sooooo it's usually a hit or miss for me. Perhaps I should try something new from their menu. ??♀️
I have been ordering from here for about 7months 1 to 2 times a month. Always happy. Love the shakes. But today my pina, coco shake was sour. When I called, some lady told me off and hung up on me! I can not believe it. I always tip well, i am always polite. To treat a customer like that over a 5$ shake? Not good business practice, i must say. I have had issues in the past because of my limited spanish. They have hung up on me when I tried to order in English 2xs and i would call...
