The worst customer service ever!!!!! The lady that answered the phone has a really bad temper for simple situations! All I asked is if they deliver. She said no, then said bye and hung up the phone without giving me an opportunity to make other decisions.

Then when I called back, she recognized my number and
yelled at me, saying, "I said no delivery!!" I yelled at her back and said, "I decided I wanted to pick up! Don't hang up the phone on me, it's very disrespectful!"

As I was finally ordering, she got frustrated with me because I told her I wanted to know the difference between chow mein and lo mein. That's when I had to give up and try a different restaurant. It's her lost. I had a big order as well...

I don't understand why I can't get a straight up substitution of rice for noodles anywhere in this borough. I'm okay with paying a dollar or two more as well, but the price went from $9.75 to $14.75. Mad. The beef and broccoli was dead as well. I'll probably try the garlic chicken next.
