I ordered a family combo from this place which I usually order but this has been happening for many months even after complaining to them, they'll send you half chicken old and burnt and half fresh. Very unprofessional not giving value to people's money.

The customer service here is terrible. The staff are rude and have bad attitudes. They keep the AC blasting so high that by the time your food comes out, it’s already cold. I asked politely if they could lower the AC, and they acted like it was a big problem and refused. The food could be good if it was served hot, but with how cold it is in there and how rude the service is, it completely ruins the experience. I literally had to eat and run because it was freezing inside. Definitely not worth it.

The food here is off the hook.oh man the best food ever. but the girls here have bad attitudes and out server was looking like she was angry. plus we asked her to lower down the AC. they caught a fit at us. Food came out cold but thats not the problem here. its the girls. being attentive to customers counts at any place of business. we froze eating here.

I love the food here José the boss is great know him for years, Rosa is also great she is nice and kind great service. Atmosphere and service would’ve been a 5 but the girl with the mole on the right side of her upper lip and bottom left is rude. I don’t like her. Everyone else is great !
