The worst food ever. The cachapa was missing the bottom part. The patacon was uncooked and the chicken tastes disgusting. Everything on the order was just wrong and nasty. Dont waste your money ordering from this place.

It is the worst place to buy food, they are very disrespectful or do not provide customer service, today I had the worst experience of my life, I ordered a meal as usual and always paid for Zell and according to them the money did not arrive and I went there and showed him the proof that I paid and when the encounters arrived they talked bad things about me like I need to steal $25 because according to him I only had a balance of 27 in my account what does that have to do with it and I still show him all the proof and the telling me to report the transaction to the bank where I had only been 4 minutes into the order. I imagine that at this moment the insurance has already received it and I hope that I ask God for forgiveness for that great bad moment that He put me through and for judging me without knowing if that was the case. Whether it was my first meal of the day or maybe I had a lot of money to buy that and many more foods. Yes, I recognize that he was disrespectful by saying out of place words, but I exhausted my patience because I, who work with customer service, should help the customer, not make him out to be a thief by disrespecting me. But I hope to God that both he and his shameless employees will repay me dearly.

I’m Dominican so definitely disappointed from the food I received the chimichurri was done with burger patties any Dominican knows that’s completely wrong I also got the Dominican hot dog didn’t look at all like the pictures and the complete empanadas as you can see from the pictures weren’t complete at all

This is the most disrespectful take to dominican breakfast I have ever had in my life. I feel like you're disrespecting my culture, just being open. I feel whomever cooked this had a personal issue with me, seriously. How do you manage to make the yuca/casava gamey and difficult to chew? Eggs so overcooked that they're turning gray. Stewed salami so salty you need a gallon of water if you eat it. Mangu so dry you choke with it. And the coffee, lol ommggg it was cold and looked reheated, not even fresh. And then you have a completely different name in Uber Eats. Thank God Uber had a % discount because I would have had a heart attack paying 50 whole dollars for this disrespectful attempt of a meal. Smdh. If the cooks are dominican, you should be ashamed of this knowing how proud we are of our food. If they're not, I can definitely see how they would mess up something so simple as 3 golpes and stewed salami. Never again.

Horrible place. After NOT receiving my order they kept my money and refused to return it. Called me rude names over the phone. I politely asked for them to make up for it and they were rude.

They have a young lady working the front. She only seems to prioritize online orders rather than the people who come into the store. I waited over 15 minutes before being acknowledged and then an extra 30 minutes before asking for a refund. That was when I saw the man in the back began making my tacos. Spanish customers came in and received service within a 3 minute window. Black people on the other hand, they won’t acknowledge you and they try to play that “I don’t speak Spanish” act. It’s actually disgusting having to experience this in 2024!

Empanadas and quipes are good, I have ordered there many times just for the empanadas. I do not recommend buying the horrible mangu, the terrible service not even a Good morning!!!. I go in the morning for my green juice and they give me a lemon juice because they don't give enough fruit, something incoherent because I'm supposed to be paying for a green smoothie!!!! Very bad service… very slow staff and zero charisma. I ordered my food by phone and it arrived and it is not ready yet!!!!
