We hired a Mister Softee truck to surprise our guests for an engagement party. They were right on time, ice cream truck music playing! It was great! Service was great! It was a huge hit and very reasonably priced! Thank you for making our party memorable! Highly recommend adding this touch to any outdoor party!

I liked mister softee since I was a kid and I still like mister softee to this day in New Jersey mister softee and Danny's soft serve that Danny truck is my 2nd favorite ice cream truck mister softee comes to my neighborhood every time and I buy ice cream to a nice guy mister softee is the best

I grew up running to get ice cream when Mister Softee came around in the neighborhood as a kid so it’s always a fond memory I look back on. Now that I no longer live in NY but visiting, I wanted to get a cone for my son if I ever saw a Mister Softee. Unfortunately, I regret having bought it after this experience. I went to Dumbo, Brooklyn today and I happened to see a Mister Softee truck there. I ordered 2 single cones and he said *$10 by accident* and then he said $14 ? and obv that was sketch but it was hot and it was my fault for not asking the price first.. $7 for ONE CONE… ? whatever. But later that evening, my son and one other person I bought the ice cream cone for had stomach aches and diarrhea. As much as I loved Mister Softee as a kid, it’s clearly not the same and the prices are ridiculous. I think I was just hopeful. I won’t be getting ice cream from Mister Softee anymore. I can get better quality ice cream for less elsewhere.

Mister Softee has always been amazing! We’ve used him for events in the past. Most recently we used him for our band camp event at school over the summer and the kids had a blast! We are so grateful for him and his support!

Have Ring video of them completely ignoring my son and I waving our arms with cash in hand driving fast with the music on by our house. I messaged them with the video and truck information and I get an ignorant response that maybe they were in a hurry going to an event.Clearly not because they were going down every block with their music on. Also, no excuse to be driving in a rush period.
what a thoughtless answer. Do better. Use the video and opportunity to train your drivers instead of brushing off a customer. You're lucky kids didn't run out to the truck and get hit because they weren't going slow at all.
Whoever is working the north shore Long Island route should be replaced. The dude is rude, and explicitly clear he’s not here to do anyone any favors. You wanna pay for extra hot fudge? Nope. Now you get nothing. He’s got a bad attitude and does not care if you pay extra for more he just won’t give it to you. Me and many others will be happy when he retires.

Year of 2023-I went to the truck (early april), and the cones are $4!?!!! I had to say excuse me?!? I could just imagine the rest! The Man, was like $4. I asked for one scoop? He said yup! First and LAST time I will ever buy from Mister softee! When I was a child, it was $1... now it's the price of haagendaz pint! Ridiculous!
