Lovely place to come and eat and enjoy with your family. I am updating this review. I was charged more than i gave for the tip. First i saw i was charged the exact bill amount. Two days later, they added $21.97 to the bill and charged my credit card. When i called them to find out what's going on, the guy who picked up the phone put me on no less than 10 minutes. I ended hanging up. I came here straight to update my review.

We were looking forward to coming here after a long day at the zoo. We had a party of 10 (only 5 adults). They were very accomodating when it came to pushing our reservation back a few minutes since we took longer than expected at the zoo and when we got there our table was ready to go. This is were any positives end. We ordered 3 appetizers (wings, steak eggrolls and calamari) and a pizza for the kids to share to come out first.. and it took well over an hour just for the appetizers and pizza to come out, we had to ask for a basket of bread because everyone was starving. The calarmari was ok, the wings were good but the worst was the steak eggrolls, the waitress explained that it was one roll cut in half so we ordered 2 and all i can say is that paying 12 dollars for what is smaller than a fast food chinese eggroll cut in half was ridiculous (Though in looking at some of the images here it may be that they only brought out one serving and charged us for 2 because we only got one plate with 4 halfs of eggrolls...figures). Then we waited over another hour for the main dishes to come out (during which time the waitress never stopped by to ask about drinks or anything and we had to flag her down for updates). The food was underwhelming, they made one of the pasta dishes with the wrong sauce and when they corrected it (which took like 3 min to bring out a new dish when we waited over an hour for the original), i imagine they used leftover pasta because it wasnt even a full serving and left that person starving still. All in all it took us about 3 hours to dine there and the kids who had eaten 2 hrs earlier were starting to get hungry again and we had to stop on the way home to get them dessert. One of the worst experiences we have had dining out in a while.

We had dinner there for the first time and were tended to right away. The customer service was exceptional! Vibes in the restaurant were also nice and cozy. The food was superb!! We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. The brussels sprouts appetizer was mind blowing. The salmon and mashed potatoes was delicious. Overall menu looked very enticing. They are very accommodating as we arrived early, but still was escorted to a table in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be back.

This is our third visit to Misto and the atmosphere and ambiance is great. But you can not eat the ambiance the food was excellent. We brought out friends they thoroughly enjoyed it too! Nice to have a new restaurant come into the area and surprise us with good food and service.
