The worst place to make your cake, I ordered a spider mom cake for my son, when I paid 100 dollars for the pound of vanilla and 10 dollars for the decoration which I brought, they only had to put them and add some spiders, when I got there No spiders or anything, just a blue cake with the designs that I had brought but nothing that I specified with a photo and everything had been done, I asked for a tall cake for which they didn't have the right box and I had to take it all open, the lady at the service by explaining the very rude situation that was why he had to take it and talking to me with a very ugly attitude where I paid 110 dollars for a cake that was nothing like what I ordered even though I took the photo

Terrible services, the lady on the front is always looking at costumers like she's bother or do not want to work there. THIS NEW OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE AND THEIR PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH. AND THE OLD LADY THAT I READ A COMMENT OF SOMEONE SAYING HERE THAT ONLY TREATS DOMINICANS RIGHT, SHE'S NOT DOMINICAN AND SHE TREATS EVERY COSTUMER WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE, I AM DOMINICAN AND I RECEIVED A BAD BEHAVIOR FROM HER, AND SHE'S NOT THE ONLY ONE, THEY ALL LOOKED AT YOU WHEN YOU ENTER THIS BUSSINESS WITH A NASTy face...

The lady in front of you does not know how to deal with the public. That lady should be working in the back without contact with the public. Try it and see how more customers come to the restaurant. Good luck friend

The place has a lot of tasty baked goods,cakes,pastries and I love their flan and great breakfast food but their customer service is very poor.An older mature lady I think she's in her 60s always appear to look and act hostile every time I come in.Never smile or never a hello,she has a dark negative aura about her and they seem a bit racist in there.I see their customer base is heavily Dominican and it seems as if you don't fit the look of a Dominican and speak Spanish they will totally pass you over and tend to their Dominican Spanish speaking customers first while your standing on the sides being forgotten about.I really don't understand why some of these Spanish businesses does this.Because of that I don't patronize this place anymore.Why spend my money on such a place where they don't value me a customer and person.

I asked for an assortment of cookies to be placed into a box and was told they don’t put cookies in the box, they put it in a bag. What bakery wouldn’t give you an assortment of cookies in a box of you are buying an entire box?

I used to love this place and have been coming here for years. I used to give good tips until the Mexican lady started giving me attitude. She has no customer service skills, and sometimes leaves me standing there waiting. She doesn’t acknowledge you or be nice enough to say she’ll be with you in a moment. She even sometimes prepares my order without me even telling her if I wanted something else and gets mad at me when I tell her that’s not what I wanted. It's very unprofessional and nasty. She picks and chooses who she wants to serve, which is sad to say. Although I love the coffee, they will definitely lose my business. Today put the nail in the coffin after she took two people's orders that walked in after me. She also stated that the coffee went up in price from $2.50 to $3.00 and now $3.50. To make matters worse, there was also a roach that was lingering, and another customer killed it right in front of me.

Throughout the years the professionalism and service has deteriorated as well as it's atmosphere. I've been coming Here since I was a young .One would think that she would invest In renovations. EspeciallyHer being at the same location for decades. Her staff is rude & so is her staff! I walked out, not purchasing the cake.They act like they were doing me a favor.I could only imagine what the back of that kitchen looks like.

The employees should be trained how to treat the customer. The customer service is very bad.

My only issue is you have to pay cash

They never answer the phone ... I have to literally drive 30 mins to go talk to them about a cake. There tres leches is delicious yes but they won't last long if they have no respect.
