The place is nice with great ambience people go there to do their work and relax the coffee is great but I didn't rank the food because I only went in for a cup of coffee and left to take the train one of these days I'll go there for a bite to eat and rate the food plus they supposedly have a craft beer menu gotta try that. But every time I pass by this place there is always people in there and sometimes they have some story telling events.

I love coming here after I finish my long runs. I get an iced coffee and Prosecco and sit and relax for a bit. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere and the iced coffee is so totally necessary to my well-being

I visited Mon Amour recently and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk but after trying it they served me an iced latte. I proceeded to walk back to the cafe and I politely asked if they could clarify what I'm drink and please remake it, but to my surprise, the staff refused.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of willingness to correct the error was really frustrating. As a small business owner myself customer service is just as important as the quality. This experience left me annoyed that I wasted my money on a drink I had to throw out and tipped staff who were extremely rude.

I used to love this place. I always have ordered the same and it was a good experience but not today. The lady and guy who are in today are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The whole time talking between them and they didn't even have face me. Also I have ordered a croissant with cheese, egg, turkey and greens but the green never got in. I am very good with tips but I gave nothing. I'll never come back. I don't plan to return in my life. The two employees have not even looked at my face. I have had to call them to be attended to even though the place was empty because they were chatting among themselves. I have ordered a croissant with turkey, egg, cheese and lettuce and the lettuce never arrived. I usually tip 30% but I haven't given them a cent. Bad attention. I'm not going back while those couple of employees are there.
