We had the chicken pad Thai which was pretty dry and hardly had any chicken, was pretty disappointing. The shrimp curry was seasoned alright but only had 5 pieces of shrimp in total, which I feel like is also a small amount. Hardly any meat in their dishes, skimping on it. The best part, and the reason for the 3 stars instead of lower, was because of the appetizers. Those were fairly good.

Found this in the Thai dumplings. Noodles on my Pad See-Ew were also cold and lacking much flavor. Disappointing to say the least.

Good takeout for standard Thai food. I wouldn't say it's out of this world or anything super special, but they do a really good fried whole snapper, it comes very crispy even when delivered. And their moon Thai fried rice is tasty too. It's a regular spot on my go-to take out list.

This is a fake Thai restaurant, anyone who is used to authentic Thai cuisine would certainly agree. The Thai Ice tea is completely garbage, it tasted like it was made with Lipton tea. Again anyone who authentic Ice Tea would know their version of Thai Ice Tea is garbage. I had chicken pad Thai, chicken was not well cooked. the noodles were not well cooked. Barely any real seasoning, a couple slices of scallion, I had to REQUEST for the peanut butter, when it is NORMALLY part of this dish. I question anyone who is giving this restaurant high ratings. Either the high ratings are from their family and/or friends. Or from people who have no clue on authentic Thai cuisine. The ambience of the restaurants is gloomy, no music no television playing. Everyone who is working their are dress like they are ready to collect cans to redeem. Please do not waste your time or your money.

I ordered lunch special and mango stick rice. Food was really good and fair price. What I liked most is the nice behavior of the lady at the counter. I think NYC is going down with good customer service. Gladly this restaurant is doing good job.

Delivery took in excess of two hours. The delivery driver had to wait for an extended period of time at the restaurant to pick up the order. Had to call the restaurant to resolve the delay. The food was average at best; particularly bland for Thai food. This will not be our go to for Thai delivery.

Went here for some Thai and ok. The place is really small and have limited seating. The street is very narrow and on a hill. I ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew and I think it was just ok! Nothing to really write home about. The service was good and they were very helpful. I would probably try to find other places because I personally didn't like the quality of the food. However, doesn't mean someone else will.

EDIT: I'd eaten here before, and it was always my favorite food in the neighborhood, which is why I traveled so far. I just spoke with the restaurant and they explained about the leak that lead to the unexpected closure, apologized, and made everything right. Thank you! I appreciate that, and I really appreciate the good customer service.Yesterday I called the restaurant to confirm their hours today, Wednesday, October 4th. And the lady I spoke with directly said they were open for lunch from 11:45 a.m. till 3 p.m. I just traveled forty minutes to get here and the gates down and they are closed.Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.

My husband and I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, and there are some clear plusses and minuses to the place. The plusses: the food is really tasty. Very well prepared, not overly greasy, and the menu has a few options not on the Standard Issue Thai menu in America. The server was also very kind, quick, and kept apologizing for us waiting when we didn't have to wait much at all. Tables were clean and the place seemed well kept up. Also, appropriately priced for a neighborhood joint.Minuses: not much in the way of ambiance, so unless you really are comfortable with your date, I wouldn't say it's a date night restaurant. Also one side of the restaurant is devoted to delivery pickups and drivers waiting for orders to take out. Adds to the bit of freneticism on that side of the restaurant opposed to the slower pace of the way in tables. Also, not their fault at all, but parking is abysmal on the street, and folks are really comfortable double parking on an otherwise narrow street, making the process of driving though a giant pain. Not the restaurant's fault, but something to consider if you're driving there. Overall, if we go are visiting friends in the neighborhood I'd go again, but otherwise it's a pleasant spot for a local bite.

After seeing the reviews I thought this place was too good to be true, but it wasn't , the food, the customer service, the environment , the plating , everything was just right. The appetizers and entrees come out fresh so you could see how the pasties have just been made, everything has just been made fresh, and the wait time for this was so small I couldn't even tell. The food here is 10/10 and definitely recommend.
