Placed an online order for 8:15 pickup. Got to the location around 8:10 and by 8:13 when someone got to me, the cook didn’t even start my order. Total disregard and inconvenience of my time. Wasted money on transportation to the establishment both ways. Truly shameful the staff justifying the inconvenience by saying they open at 8. I’ve worked in the industry as a young adult and even then was ready to serve by the time the organization opens. The staff needs to be held accountable and fired.

it's disheartening to see how things have changed. I used to sing praises about this spot and recommend it, but now I can't do that anymore. The food quality has dropped, the coffees are subpar, and it feels like a merch showcase. The new owner seems more interested in profit than preserving what made this place special. While I'm happy Kat moved on, I wish she had sold it to someone who genuinely cared about its legacy.

My second time here. By far, the best cafe in the Bronx of you want to work or just have a relaxed time with you and your coffee. The staff is very kind and friendly. I always order the Mocha it’s so delicious!! The ambience is so beautiful and so so so calming! There’s always parking except Tuesday and Friday 11:30am-1
I've been to Mottley Kitchen a few times. It's such a great place to grab a bite to eat or Just grab a coffee. I ve even worked out of the establishment because why not. They have outdoor rooftops, and they offer wifi and vibes. I will definitely come back here to eat and work.
