I usually come here for lunch during my lunch break or whenever I just want a quick bite because Nathan's food is actually good but this place literally takes 30 minutes just to make an order of fries Don't get me started if you have multiple items You're almost here for a whole hour waiting for your food if the service wasn't so slow give it more stars besides two people most of the staff doesn't care how long you wait

The young man that initially took out order was rude. The order was taken without beverages,it was totaled before asking if we wanted beverages and he did not offer beverages. He became upset when reminded. We were charged extra for separate beverages instead of combination meals. The entire order was received 30 minutes after. The explanation was that the fish and chips had to be prepared before the burgers. I have never heard of such a thing.

The cheese fries and bacon cheese fries was disgusting. The lemonade and orangenade was sour. Super disappointed my first time tasting thier drinks. I don't think I an going to eat there anymore.

Hotdogs are delicious. I got the large hot dogs and fries and everything tasted yummy. My only complaint is the young kids that work there. They have attitudes and very clearly don't want to work. Otherwise everything is great.

Was very disappointed with my food at Nathan's today. I ordered the fish and chips at the food court in Bay Plaza. The hush puppies were hard and the fish was cold. What a waste of $17.07 (fish and chips $12.99, soda $2.69 and tax). How can I get my money back!!!!!!!!

I spent $18 on my food and it was just disgusting. Bought a burger that was not cooked at all which made me throw up. The fries were undercooked and tasted bad. Paid $4 for a lemonade that wasn’t filled to the top

I ordered the mozzarella sticks because I saw the sign the last time I was there. I ordered them, paid 8$! Which I could of went to Charley’s and got them for 5$. I ask for the marinara sauce and the people packaging. It said we don’t have any at this time. Well, I believe the cashier could’ve told me that before I ordered. It asked me if I wanted ketchup that is a little bit ridiculous. Didn’t offer me a refund didn’t offer me any sort of compensation.

Over $4 for a damn lemonade. The Philly cheesesteak was disgusting. The fries tasted the same as any Nathan's location. The chicken tenders we're juicy and tender.Almost $30 for lunch. Not worth it. Manager had like an attitude too. Last time I ever go there.
