I ordered some cake slices to try for the first time and one of the cakes had hair in it. It had at least 2 strands of hair in it. The other slice had a piece of eggshell in it ?? I also bought a cupcake which was quite hard. I didn't really like it. Not buying there ever again.

This morning I went to order my usual coffee which was too strong . I asked to add a lil more more milk. She did as I asked but it was still too strong so I asked for a lil more! She got frustrated and handed me back my money and waved me off.. I come everyday and as a customer for over 10 years I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Yes I am a customer that if my coffee isn't correct I asked for it to be made the way I prefer. Never did I ask for my money back SO why hand it back to me ? You are taking away money from the owners!

Customer service was horrible the Hispanic ladies were so racists and they spoke Spanish and laughed making fun, I won’t be going there again, the cake was horrible it wasn’t worth $65 and the attitude!

I recently visited National Bakery on 767 allerton ave and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience unpleasant. Despite the bakery being relatively empty, I had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served. When I finally was, the employee seemed disinterested and impatient. This is not the kind of service I expect from a bakery that prides itself on quality. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to others."
