I love this bakery it has the best pastries I have ever tried. And the staff are so sweet and loving they deserve a raise. If you're looking for a bakery with the nicest staff and best treats you should come here.

I recently visited National Bakery on 767 allerton ave and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience unpleasant. Despite the bakery being relatively empty, I had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served. When I finally was, the employee seemed disinterested and impatient. This is not the kind of service I expect from a bakery that prides itself on quality. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to others."

Bakery has been around for a really long time. I’ve purchase several cakes and they are always pretty good and nicely decorated. Never had a problem with the staff, who were always welcoming and professional. But the flan is God-awful. Sorry, I don’t know what that is, but it should NOT be called flan!

The owner or boss has no idea what customer service is and has the employees terrified. I recently bought an arepa and there was a long hair embedded in the food. The cute-faced boss was unprofessional and didn't even apologize and just said give it back. money, they are very demanding when it comes to collecting money. At least they should wear protection on their hair so that it doesn't get into the food.I asked her the name of the landlady as they told me to ask her for an answer about the hair in the food and to give her the suggestion and they all looked at me terrified and told me there, ask her. After 5 years buying coffee daily I will never return to this place.Workers are ok but manager or owner is disgusting, no manner or customer service. There was a hair in my food and went to return it and she was rude and couldn't care less and didn't apologize for anything. Rude and disrespectful.

SMH bought 2 Conolis there 7 am threw up by 12:00 after seeing a green color took a closer look and it was mold now I’m sick and disgusted .. You guys have to do better when serving people food ….

It's incredible, I buy 4 products, they give me 2 that are not what I ordered, 1 doesn't work and the other doesn't even mention it, several years ago I loved their products and variety but the truth is now I don't recommend it nor will I buy it again ??
