Love love love this place especially after today . I just picked up my cake order, had a few issues with letters I purchased from Amazon because they came broke but….. NATIONAL BAKERY did a fabulous job fixing the letters adding extra glam . I officially love this place and their Oreo cheesecake is bomb!!! Thanks to all the staff !

I ordered some cake slices to try for the first time and one of the cakes had hair in it. It had at least 2 strands of hair in it. The other slice had a piece of eggshell in it ?? I also bought a cupcake which was quite hard. I didn't really like it. Not buying there ever again.

This morning I went to order my usual coffee which was too strong . I asked to add a lil more more milk. She did as I asked but it was still too strong so I asked for a lil more! She got frustrated and handed me back my money and waved me off.. I come everyday and as a customer for over 10 years I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Yes I am a customer that if my coffee isn't correct I asked for it to be made the way I prefer. Never did I ask for my money back SO why hand it back to me ? You are taking away money from the owners!

I notice they look bothered and annoyed when customers want to purchase. I just bought a pice of cake and came to find like a piece of cloth or whatever it is on it?
