The bakery workers don’t know or want to speak in English and everytime I want to order coffee or cake, they always ignore me. Instead, they skip my order and take care of customers who speak Spanish which is very rude and untolerable!

What a pity. The biscuits at this bakery were phenomenal. I bought a cake for a birthday and that cake was not made by A DOMINICAN! The sigh tastes artificial, like butter, not like a Dominican sigh. Even the dough is not the same. It is with great sadness that I write this.

Went to order a birthday cake for my partner.The lady who attended me was on the phone while I placed my order, and had to put her phone down since I had asked for writing on the cake.When it came time to enjoy the cake we noticed there was MOLD!It was a family gathering where my little nieces had already eaten into their slices when we noticed.When I went back with the cake to complain I was offered an “apology” and “store credit”…I insisted that I wanted a refund since I don’t plan on purchasing from here again. I did get my $50 back but it is concerning that there is no food safety concern in this bakery…..

My sister recommended me this place, the first time we bought a cake we ordered a pineapple flavor and they gave us a different flavor, next day we called the store and they said to bring it back. Another time we googled the store closing time and saw they close at 8pm me and my boyfriend got there by 7:31pm and the old lady didn’t want to sell us a cake because she said they were already closed even tho Google says otherwise. The next day we went back to get another cake and the youngest lady with the blonde hair was on her phone like if no one were there, my boyfriend ordered a pineapple flavor cake and because she was so busy on her phone, rude have no manners or anything she again gave him the wrong flavor. We are never buying anything from there, bad customer service, poor service. I feel bad for the owners that have employees like this ruining their business.

I pre ordered a birthday cake for $70 , And the cake looked horrible!!! Looked boot leg. I do not recommend this bakery!!! Also very high prices and low quality.

Terrible service, one always goes and they have a face of few friends, oh but if you are a man they have a smile ear to ear... they are Burr@s you tell them one thing and they give you another oh otherwise, they get angry at everything and always They serve you if you win, I asked for a black coffee and they gave me a latte, I asked for a sandwich without mayonnaise and only with ketchup and they gave it to me only with mayonnaise ??♀️??♀️ and I wasn't busy I was the only one person there, it's not for them to get confused. Horrible place and it's not the first time I've gone, but it will be the last time I go.

If I could give them zero stars I would very horrible service they always get my order wrong they get mad when you repeat the order slow.. and still get it wrong I literally just left order 2 sandwich’s she was mad about me being dry because it’s 7 am I just worked a overnight shift she thought I didn’t understand Spanish .. it’s really sad that Spanish people feel like they are there own race and will treat an African American like they are nothing talk about us like we dogs because they think we don’t understand what they are saying I order a bacon egg and cheese I got 2 pcs of bacon and I asked for a ham egg and cheese I left for 2 seconds to McDonald’s and it was a ham and cheese sandwich with ketchup and Mayo that I didn’t ask for this has been on more then one occasion and they will skip over you to serve another Spanish person smh I thought we were all one

They got my order completely wrong. Also, the cakes that have strawberry toppings have changed. They used to use whole strawberries to decorate, now it's just random glazed chunks. The chocolate drizzle looks like they took a bottle and rapidly spun it in random directions, no patterns. They used to use have a drip effect, they might do it if specified, but otherwise, none. Their cakes have gone downhill.

My sister had a cake done here for her baby shower , when she picked up the cake it looked as if it was rushed and the frosting on the cake was melting as it wasn’t done correctly, my sister asked for a very simple cake and they couldn’t even complete the task !!!! Yet they charged 85 dollars !!!! Gtfoh Do not go here !!!!!!
