I'm writing on here because out of many years that I have been coming here or ordering from this place to deliver breakfast or dinner. I experienced the most rudest experience from the owner a women. I ordered my breakfast at 8:59am online and the delivery expected was between 9:20-9:30am I live two blocks away. I called to ask about my food around 9:40 am. I was told it was on its way to wait a few mins. I now I'm calling again at 9:55am I was told by the owner they have many deliveries please wait it will arrive soon. I gave them till 10:03am to then cancel my order. They delivered it anyway at 10:09am she the owner then calls to see if i received my food at this point I'm disgusted not hungry anymore food was cold I told her food is cold I canceled order. She said my delivery person for sure will go pick it up now. She was rude. As a business owner you should apologize to a loyal customer, that has been ordering every week for years. No apology no ok don't worry keep the food. Our mistake. Don't allow for orders to be placed if you expect people to eat 1 hour cold food. That was rude and I will never order from you all again. Oh punch line they picked up the food faster than they delivered it. Don't order here if you want to big up your local restaurants they are not about customers. Not a friendly place.

My fiance and I had our first date here and it was also the first place I sat down to eat at when I first moved to the area about 2 years ago. The food is on point all around my favorite is the cheeseburger and the breakfast with a Belgium waffle . The staff is attentive, and remembers our faces when we come. I also come a lot after working out at the gym or after church. It's a great environment. Good vibes great coffee too

Stopped in at the diner I'd frequent years ago as a student at City Univ. Lehman College 81-84.The soup, burger, fries, cole slaw etc tasted exactly as I remembered it. The staff prompt & courteous, price point reasonable.National is the "Happy meal".

This place has been a staple restaurant around my home love their food!!! it's def your typical diner but really home style friendly all around i'd recommend any of their pancakes & especially their corned beef hash w home fries & eggs any style of your choice

Placed an order through Grubhub and delivery time was showing 20-25 minutes. After we placed the order received a message saying that order will be here within 6 hours. Called the restaurant and we were advised that they don’t deliver to Netherland Ave. You cannot ruin our day Saturday better. Correct your data in grub hub if you don’t deliver and not waste our time!
