The lady who picks up the phone in the morning has a disgusting attitude, doesn’t let you finish a sentence and immediately dismisses what you have to say. If you hate your job, don’t work there, simple, but she had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone, if I call a restaurant I am PAYING for food, I expect to be received with a welcoming tone, especially at 8am in the morning.

I’m not sure if it’s only me but everything seems to be overly SALTY. I ordered chicken soup yesterday and I can’t even finish eating it due to the amount of salt, as if they poured half the jar in it. The chicken fettuccine is also overly salty, I’m not sure who’s making the food but measurements are in place for a reason. I’ve ordered from them about 4 times, so I’m quite sure it’s always like this. I rarely write reviews but I had to make sure to do so.

I wanted to relax from the cool weather outside on my way home. So I went to New Capitol Restaurant. I ordered from here before, and I thank God that they serve breakfast dishes in the evening. So I ordered 1 French Toast Special (Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Home Fries) and 1 Orange Juice. I ate breakfast for dinner comfortably in peace while watching television, something I haven’t done since the start of the digital age three years ago. It is wonderful how people can find new ways to connect by searching for opportunities online. I enjoyed the service, from the waiter serving me very friendly to the compassionate clerk by the entrance of the restaurant. I was about to take the glass with me by accident, but at least I was able to get the energy to go home. Thank you New Capitol!Kid-friendliness: Children can enjoy the services here. It is a peaceful, family-friendly diner and everyone can respectfully dine here.

Decided to try out this restaurant for the first time and it was a very unpleasant experience. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OK. I ORDERED A CHEESE BURGER W fries , CHICKEN TENDERS WITH FRIES they didn’t give me chicken tenders this was cut up chicken parm !! I also ordered spaghetti and meatballs more like messy meatballs . It was not tasting like meatballs my daughter left all of it absolutely DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAINNNNNNNNN . 45.19 $ bad spent and to end it an apple juice 4$??! Do not come here you will be highly upset with the food quality. only thing that was good was the chicken side soup that came w the messy “meatballs “.

For me it was a very unpleasant experience because when I got to breakfast I met a girl who, when I sat down and asked for coffee, scolded me, telling me: you have to say good morning first, but she know how I feel? She don’t know if I don't want to talk to anyone? so she make my day more miserable than the one I had, thanks to another girl with greenish eyes and super, super nice, she came to save the day. the breakfast was exquisite thank you gracias Destiny

This place used to be excellent. Now it’s the worst diner on this side of the Bronx. Ordered a burger med well. Overcooked & dry. How can any “cook” mess up a burger?! Ordered lasagna it tasted like CINNAMON! Disgusting! That was 5 years ago! Haven’t been back! Double YUCK!??
