yesterday was Christmas and I ordered food around 11:57am . A woman answered the phone.I told her my usual order and she said the food will be delivered in 25 minutes. Okay no problem. 12:23 I called them to ask where my food was at I got no answer. I called again 12:29 no answer. Called again 12:32 no answer. Called again 12:35 no answer. I called again 12:39 no answer then again 12:44 no answer the once again 12:58. Then again at 1:06 and at the point it’s been a hour and my food hasn’t been delivered. I’m already irritated because you took my order and now you aren’t picking up. So I had to walk up and walk all the way there because it’s been a hour and no food has came to my door. I walked there just to find out they’re closed. I’m giving 1 stars because I didn’t like the communication. I get it , it was Christmas and all but you couldn’t tell me once I called you. That the store was going to close and y'all couldn’t take my order. I would understand because I’m a nice person. But that to me was a disrespect because you took my ordered and then you closed. That right their I didn’t like. Just simply didn’t like the communication.

When you call theres always an excuse smhOwner very nice guy. Workers tooBut the people that answer the phone for them are plain dumb or just don't want to work. They are not even at the store. They just get transferref to pick up and then send the order thru POS.

I will never come to this place again. I was recommended by a few coworkers. I called them that I found a roach on my food and they told me to bring the plate in. They were aware I was pregnant I had to throw up everything I ate. When we got to the restaurant, they tired to give me a new plate with the same food I ordered. Mind you the roach was in the rice. We requested a full refund. The order was a total of $10.25 and they only gave me $10. This place doesn’t even have a grade letter at the restaurant.

They new owners and they the worse ever I been with new garden for years now and the old owners left these new ones and they are rats straight up now they want you to pay for every lil thing like white rice and barbarque ribs it came with no no sauce barbecue sauce they wanted me to pay for the barbecue sauce tell me how f&&k up that is NO MORE Business.
