Let’s start with the service. I think it’s poor business practice to have minimum purchase limits for free item and then decide when to honor the free item and when not. So if someone spends over $60-$70 with your business, whether it’s on Uber or any other platform, the prices are already inflated. People are spending twice as much on Uber than someone who comes into your store and they’re not even offered a free drink, a free can of soda, a free iced tea-small or large, not even a free eggroll. I called the restaurant and they said they do not allow free item with purchase when you use a delivery app. No where on the menu does it say that. It just has price specifications. There’s many other restaurants that honor it through delivery apps in the area. When you have a business in someone spends a lot of money or just has patronage with your business to show consumers that you care about their business you give things back. So it’s very clear that they don’t care about their consumers.
As for the food, the chicken and broccoli/ brown sauce. Does not have flavor. It’s missing that authentic taste, IYKYK. The chicken isn’t slimey but it’s still not authentic fresh chicken breast or thigh. Idk if it’s frozen before or what. The pork fried rice is dyed yellow, no egg or soy sauce and hard. Just dyed rice tossed in seed oils with huge pieces of onions but they do put in a decent amount of pork. Fried chicken is small ( preferences ) flavor is minimal. Korean fried chicken is way more flavorful.
Portion sizing is average. Ever since styrofoam was outlawed. It gave them a chance to decrease sizing and increase pricing without bettering the quality or ingredients.

Ordered spare ribs boneless was so hard I couldn't even eat it told them next time I ordered was the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice after I ate it my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't take it nomore I had to throw up and I felt better I don't know what they serve me but it was so bad I was ready to go to the E.R nomore chinese food for me I am done!!!!

I order from here all the time. The customer service is great. If I forgot something for my family's usual order, the lady usually asked if it was on purpose or not that I left it out. Food is always delicious and they are fine with if you want to customize your order. One time I had walked by and placed an order to find out afterwards that were actually supposed to be closed but they took my order anyway. Real sweet family
